It is always a pleasure to go see this doctor’s office, Dr. Gersten. She takes her time and asks all kinds of questions before starting her exam. I have been with Dr Gersten forever and don’t plan to go anywhere else. The staff is lovely as well. The best!

Caring, sweet and friendly staff and an outstanding doctor

Very efficient. Virtually no waiting time. Dr Gersten is always pleasant , attentive and caring. Staff also is pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Gersten, Her three daughters who have joined the practice and her office staff are incredible. Very caring, very quick to respond. Very interested in resolving anything they can and make things easier for their patients. Top grade medical care. I trust them explicitly

office stated that the doctors are adament about verifying insurance prior to being seen. I sent photo of my card a week prior. They called to reschedule me because office mngr had to leave early and didn’t have time to verify. I asked to keep my appointment and have her verify the following day, as my appointment wasn’t until 2pm. OM called me the next morning and refused to see me as a patient because of my attitude. She NEVER even asked a question. They put their needs before their patient.

I have only had one appointment at New Age, but I was seen by one of her daughters. She was really nice. I didn't feel like I was at all rushed or unheard. She made some suggestions no doctor in the past has made, but made perfect sense. I look forward to my next visit with them since I had a great experience. I am not giving all 5 stars since I only went one time.

Sometimes our lives are so busy that we don't take 5 minutes to provide reviews but this one deserves those 5 minutes and more! Dr. Gersten is so PATIENT, CARING & KNOWLEDGEABLE and she's been this way since I've been her patient for years. She has now merged with her identical triplet daughters who are also Drs in a new state of the art facility that is BEAUTIFUL. You will not regret your visit. Congrats to you Dr. Gersten.

After 31 years of annual visits and the delivery of my daughters I can say with all sincerity and honesty that Janet Gersten is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, caring and most importantly, she listens.Her staff is very good and the office is pleasant and clean. If you want a wonderful doctor, Janet Gersten will not let you down!

I have been to many gynecologists over a number of years. It was such a welcome surprise to be met by an attentive and most professional physician and her staff. In an era where much of the doctor's time has become occupied by a computer screen, I never once felt like I was in competition and vying for her attention. My complex gynecological issues were handled expeditiously and treated appropriately. Most importantly, Dr.Gersten took the time to answer my questions and discuss healthy options

I have seen Dr. Gersten twice. Once as a new patient, since I just relocated from Tennessee, and the second time as a follow up. Some people have complained about the dog, but that didn't bother me as I am a dog person, and wish that I could take my dogs to work with me. What did bother me was that after I called twice because I had an odd discharge with a foul odor two weeks after a cervical biopsy, Dr. Gersten would not see me. I was just told by the nurse to go to cvs and buy a douche.
