Fanning’s office is a mess. They rarely return calls. I was started on an RX that I wasn’t supposed to miss a dose. I took it the 1st month, then when it was time to refill the pharmacy said I didn’t have a refill. I called the office and explained that I was told that I’d have one refill before lab work, and that I was concerned bc of warnings about missing dose. I never heard back. So I don’t want the meds or lab work. I could give other instances with billing or simple request, but I’ll stop here. Just know that this office does follow up on messages. I’m giving 2 stars. The two stars at this office are Debi N. and Rachel Sears. They are the only good things about this office and the only reason My family came to this office as they worked under our now Retired Doctor. Unfortunately we’re going to have to leave behind who we consider dear friends to find a different provider. Fanning is horrendous. Listening in via phone at my wife’s appointment she was interrupted by Fanning, brought to tears, she felt dismissed and was shown no compassion. I was already offended by her at my own previous appointment. Fanning had spoken to me for all of 2 minutes at my ESTABLISHING appointment without any of my records telling me to cancel a specialist appointment referred by my previous provider. To Debi and Rachel, you guys rock and if you ever escape that place let me know and I’ll gladly let you care for my family and I again. Loved my first visit with the staff and Dr Fanning. It was very quick without waiting for a long time. Feels like a small town office.

Dr. Fanning always take the time to talk to you about all of your issues and concerns. She explains the issues very well and takes time to hear your feed back. Scheduling is easy as the staff always tries to accommodate your needs. I feel that Dr. Fanning and staff truly care about the well being of the patients.

Dr Fanning is a great personal physician. She and her staff are very professional and up to date on new technology and treatments that I’ve required over the years. I feel very secure with her advise and depend on her for my continued health. I have every confidence in her and her staff and refer her to anyone needing a personal physician.

I've been a patient of Dr Fanning for years. She delivered my son and has guided me through menopause. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Been w fanning for 3 years. Very attentive to your needs and takes time to talk w you. Nurse is awesome too.

My son likes going to Dr. Janet Fanning. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Fanning is wonderful and cares about her patient's well being. I have total confidence in her and her staff.

The staff there are Polite and amazing they try to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Fanning is very thorough with her exam and I never have to wait to be seen.

My 12 year just got her tonsils out. They were starting to become necrotic. I had waited almost a year for a referral to an ENT. I begged and pleaded with Dr. Fanning and she consistently refused. I eventually changed PCMs who immediately put in a referral and my daughter no longer had to suffer from chronic strep throat infections. She lectured my already insecure college student about her weight after a 10 pound weight gain from the start of a new medication. My 92 year old mother went to see this dr. about a small bite of some sort on her ankle. The dr. could not tell what it was and prescribed some cream that did not help. After she was admitted to the hosp, and dialysis was done the dr. there told us that due to receiving two rounds of antibiotics back to back, her kidneys were shutting down. Another round of dialysis was done, and that saved her. We were told that giving an elderly person that much could be deadly. We will NOT be returning.
