The receptionist is rude and won’t return your calls. They moved but didn’t update the location nor informed before my upcoming appointment. Didn’t have a good experience with them.

He is a very good doctor, takes time to listen and explain your your health problems and meds. He always calls with test results and any further information, instructions or meds if needed. My only complaints are the office being closed unexpectedly for a week or more with no referral to another doctor for anything. If you need to see or get advice from your doctor or God forbid need refills for meds you can't just run to the O.R. for those reasons. The office isn't run very well, when the pharmacy is trying to get him to approve a refill of a medication there are times it takes several days to more than a week. Recently my pharmacy tried to contact him for 16 days with no response so they have up. Most of the time it takes about 48 hours to get his approval.

I wouldn't recommend dr. Jan Wiacek service to anyone. He older guy not understanding new medicine treatments, he's only talking about it he's retiring. I have been waiting for appointment to see himm like a month. When you already have a appointment it's take least 3 hours waiting for him to spent 5 minutes. He is very slow to understand patients needs, doesn't know how to operate the computers system, always mad and telling that he knows better than insurances, he refused service to me and Pharmacy. When I try call him in the several occasion he never call me back with the results. Best way to stay away from him and he's office, not helpful guy. Recently we noticed huge problem with he stuff when office was closed suddenly for over 2 weeks not even informing his patience, all previous workers - Doctor's Nurses gone? His general answer (I cannot treat you please go to the emergency room). My friends warned me having similar experience, he was right. Stay away from him.

This has got to be the worst office I had to visit. Average wait time is 35-45 minutes, no communication from the office and turns out they magically don't accept my insurance all of a sudden. What a joke

Extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding patients, very dedicated and truly care for the patients.

I love DR. Salazar! He's so understanding and is so caring about his patients. I definitely recommend this medical office to anyone.
