Robert and Kristy are so amazing. I came in from the rain, cold and wet. They warmed up a blanket and put it all over me and covered my feet . service is absolutely amazing here and they really take care of you wholeheartedly. God bless this office and everyone that works in it.

The staff are always courteous & friendly. I had foot issues & had been in pain for months & it was easy to make appointment. When I called after the doctors hours & they’re gone for the day, asking for pain relief, the staff called me back & was able to get me prescription sent to my pharmacy approved by their on call doctor. Dr Shapiro Leticia & Ezeru were always very nice & helpful. Accommodating me with what I needed. I appreciate them resolving my issues. My experience with this office went exceptionally well. The Dr's and staff were very professional, polite, personable, and patient with all my questions. I had to get an xray on my foot and I had to take off a sentimental, custom made toe ring. (yes, a toe ring:). I couldn't get it back on my toe and was bummed about it. Kristi was sweet enough to go out of her way to help me get it back on. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you Kristi, you made my day! Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Shapiro is great. He fitted me for orthotics and got rid of my heel pain. We also brought our son here who had ingrown toenail surgery by another podiatrist last year and they kept getting infected, but after Dr. Shapiro treated him he has no more pain.

Dr. Shapiro and Ezeru provided me with excellent and professional customer service. I received top quality care and was well informed about my condition. One of the few care providers that are open late!

Dr Shapiro is wonderful. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very attentive. 7 weekala post op from foot surgery & had my cast removed today. Kristi is an absolute sweetheart. She's had foot issues herself and truly shows empathy. I have been to other podiatrist offices before and they pale in comparison to this place.

I had foot surgery done by Dr.Shapiro in September and I have had great results from the procedure. I no longer roll my ankle while walking and no longer have pain or numbness in my left foot. Dr. Shapiro is always welcoming and answers all my questions. The staff is helpful and friendly. Leticia was really helpful with all the paperwork I needed filled out for my work. Ezeru, Dr.Shapiro assistant was the one who would help the doctor change my cast. Ezeru always did a good job with my hard cast after surgery. Dr.Shapiro, Ezra and team are amazing!

My experience with office personal has been very pleasant. I don’t have enough words to express how grateful /happy I am with the positive outcome after my surgery. Dr. Shapiro is very knowledgeable and highly experienced, explains the problem and what he can do to fix it. The rest is up to you. He cares deeply about his patients, he even told me I can call him at time even when office is closed if I had any concerns. If I can give him 10 stars I would. It has been like a breath of fresh air specially when I was very scared he put me at ease. Ezeru has been very helpful and is very kind helping me with Theropy and getting things ready for me to see Dr. Shapiro.

What a great helpful and professional, office! Dr Shapiro has gone above and beyond in taking great care of me for many years and kept me pain free. Ezeru and Loren were very helpful. I needed to be seen right away and they got me in quickly. The staff works well as a team to make things work smoothly. They are friendly and professional.

Amazing. 3 visits and seen on time each time. Dr Tepper even apologized for making me wait ten minutes in the waiting room but I was ten minutes early. The staff also explained to me that I hadn't approached my deductible and since it was near the end of the year that i could wait until next year. Dr Tepper explained the ankle and pain I was feeling and what we would be doing to alleviate. If you enjoy a thorough explanation he is your guy. I recommend you watch his videos on his website as they are almost an exact replica of my visit.

I just got my walking papers after 91/2weeks in cast/boot. The care I received was excellent! Dr. Shapiro was my physician and was quite thorough in my treatment plan. The whole team involved in my care was professional, kind and very accommodating. Getting my CAT scan appointment was all due to Maria and the great staff after a few snags with insurance. I recently dropped a 45 pound plate at the gym on my foot and urgent care told me it was fractured. I saw Dr. Shapiro and he was able to not only help me with my fractured toe and help make sure it healed properly, but he was able to talk to me about my concerns for my other toenail I’ve had issues with for a few years now! I loved that he wanted to test all of the causes that could be affecting my toenail and not just assume a diagnosis! I went to this office for a broken 5th metatarsal. I was seen by Dr Shapiro. He was great and friendly and professional. My problem is with Mariana who does the billing. They do not treat you and only collect copay. They make you pay the entire visit and then send the bills to insurance. They overcharged me for 4 out of 6 visits for a total of $364 over what the insurance allowed them to charge me for my patient responsibility. Akash or akish whatever the name is... Is not as efficient of a worker as I would of thought. One time i heard him yell at another employee in front a patient i knew about something small and simple that did not need of a situation to raise his voices. I dont know about this guy he seems pretty rude.

Dr Tepper gave me and my family a real lecture about the relationship between the feet issues and the bone structure of the body. My family has visited this office three times so far this year, and there won't be a fourth. The wait time is unacceptably long, even if you have the first appointment slot for the day. (During our first visit, we spent about two hours at the office, waiting; the actual procedure took less than ten minutes. Today we were there for an hour, waiting, just to spend five minutes with Dr. Marchis-Crisan and get a new Band-Aid. There were three patients booked for the same time slot . . .) Another reason for my disappointment is the unprofessional demeanor of the receptionist. Initially, I thought she sounded very cordial when talking to patients on the phone, but I quickly changed my mind when I heard her making fun of a woman (patient?) who had just left the office. I find this behavior highly unprofessional. The reason why I am not giving a single star for the overall rating of this office is that Dr. Marchis-Crisan is very polite and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Staff was very nice. Dr Tepper was very rude and not helpful. My 25 year old daughter had an ingrown toenail. Instead of offering her teaching on how to care for nails he scolded her for cutting them wrong and handed her a paper on ingrown nails. Then told her she needed surgery to fix what she caused. It's sad to see a doctor who has lost their love for people and helping them by teaching and guiding. Heard good things about his medical expertise but wouldn't go back Staff was very nice. Dr. Jan Tepper was my second opinion doctor and one week after seeing him the pain in my foot was 90% better. He examined my whole foot whereas the first doctor only asked questions and then rushed to a diagnosis. Which was wrong. I would recommend Dr. Tepper to everyone who is having trouble with their feet and/or ankles.

Not happy with the office staff. They had me sign a paper stating I did not want to apply to Midicare. I read it and then had them give me another paper. They were going to apply to Midicare and appeal the cost of the $400.00 inserts. I paid the bill and never heard back from the office. I called my insurance and they said Medicare will pay if the Dr. states it is a physically necessary. If medicare does not pay, I am fine with their decision but I think Dr. Tepper is a con man. He told me that the reason I had feet problems is that I am wearing shoes too small. I am a size 7 and he said I should wear a size 9. I told him I would fall out of the shoe. He said the inserts would help. I went to the SAS shoe store who carries shoes with inserts and I fit well into a 7 wide. Any other size I fell out of the shoe as I have a small heel. I told him that and he told me to still get a bigger shoe and he would cut the inserts to fit as when I went to Clarks at Macy no shoe would fit the insert. I could have gone to SAS and bought a pair of shoes for $139.99 and saved the $400.00 for the inserts. I will not go back to this Dr. Tepper office for any solution to my feet issues. I will buy my shoes from now on at SAS with the support included. First bad experience with a Dr. in our area. Not happy with the office staff.
