Always friendly,and caring!!

Friendly staff and free water bottles!

Dr. Pickett is the best... His staff is wonderful... They listen and spend time with you as a patient... They get you in quickly which is important when you feel bad and l always leave there feeling better than when i walked in.

Dr Pickett, Priscilla and the whole crew are excellent. They listen to what I say and actively care for me. I have never had a doctor/caregiver work so hard for me as Priscilla. I appreciate her for all she does.

Good luck getting a refill from this office. It's a nightmare. They decline your normal meds, than you can't get an answer as to why...

Extremely rude and cold, took no care in telling me my health issues. Did not look me in the eyes when he told me I may be diabetic and gave me no advice on what to do. He just started ordering more tests. He seemed to be more interested about ordering tests than helping me. I also spent about 45 mins before I got to see the doctor.

The scheduling was easy and warm. The office is neat and also a warm welcoming atmosphere. In addiction the the staff being so informative they are also a family, im a new patient and i would very much recomend visiting with the legendary doctor himself. Great and quickly examined and taken care of.

"Never judge a book by its cover". This is very true when it comes to Dr. Pickett. He's not one to swoop in with warm, loving hugs and smiles, but if you want a doctor that listens, asks questions and takes a conservative and practical approach to your healthcare, then he is the one. My extremely cautious and guarded 85 y/o father needed a new dr that accepted Medicare, and we walked out of this office with confidence, answers and are very pleased.
