Terrible attention from the receptionist. Rude and vulgar. It's unfortunate that you have people of that ilk who obviously aren't qualified to deal with patients.

My concern here is the staff that answered the phone. Jesse in particular. She has a very rough attitude and no regard for cardiovascular patients. When I called her, I had one goal in mind and that was to give the name of my prescriptions that I needed called in. I specifically asked for Kimberley she told me twice and no Kimberley worked there. I was instructed to ask for Kimberley when I was in the office. She then said. Oh you’re talking oh you’re talking about Kim and I said yes and she said OK hope for Kimberlie she put me on hold for over seven minutes never to come back to the phone. I hung up and called back. She instructed me at that point to hold again, and I said no I can give you the information and she hung up in my face. I called back several times, and she did not answer the phone. It went to voicemail. Ultimately, I was out of medication for two days and they canceled my appointment because Dr. Mohsin doesn’t see patients on Wednesdays. The appointment was scheduled for me. I didn’t schedule it myself. I got to the office and they told me that it was canceled. And then I was told to just call my medication back into the office and they’ll would send a prescription to the pharmacy I followed Kimberley instructions and that’s what I did. But instead of getting customer service. I received an unpleasant attitudes and unprofessional by Jesse. Is it me to drive this prompted me to drive back to the office and give my medication list in person, which was ridiculous. I have insurance and a very low co-pay so that’s not the issue. My attitude isn’t the issue my heart is my concern.

Very thorough when it comes to monitoring the health of my cardio vascular system, with preventative diagnostic procedures done on site. This has eased my overall concern pertaining to my general health. I have been able to lower my cholesterol and manage my blood pressure.

Establish my first visit with Dr. Jamil Mohsin on 12/27/22 , he was very attentive to listen to my concerns. His medical assistant was very helpful, as well as his office personnel.

Dr. Muhsin and his staff are wonderful and always very professional with my care. Never have to wait long to see the doctor and they always keep good records of all of my tests and keep up with my needs and health. I appreciate everything they do for me.

The staff is very friendly. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and Dr. Mohsin is thorough and competent. I trust him completely

The office has a great staff that was very helpful. The nurses were quick and nice The PA and Doctor were very informative and were very helpful in working with me. And they had already read my health chart !!! They came up with quick care and equipment along with easy scheduling

Very detailed visit

The staff was very knowledgeable and provided great service. I was prepared and seen promptly. Great care was given to me. Efficient , clean and professional.

I have been a patient for 7 years. He is the most competent Cardiologist of the 4 my family has been associated with. No nonsense, straight talker, takes the time to make sure you are fully aware of your heart health. Both his P.A.’s are top notch and well trained.

The nurses in the office are excellent but Dr. MOSHIN who checked to see if my mom had a blockage said my mother was fine she didn't have any blockages and from a heart stand point she was fine she pass out in his office they called ambulance took her to the hospital. Well I had her moved to a different hospital because I felt something was wrong moved to community hospital great hospital well they did the same procedure and found out that he missed a 80 percent blockage in my mother and my mom called me said son I told u he missed something I knew I wasn't crazy and the next day my mother died. I say this to say always get a second opinion because some doctors don't truly listen to there patients. Now my mother had other issues but if that blockage was found the first time my mother wouldn't had to risk another procedure that put her at risk off sepsis shock. DO NOT TRUST DR. MOSSIN AT ALL I THINK HE IS TELLING ME SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY HEART BEAT JUST TO GET MONEY, HE KNOWS THAT I HAVE NO SYMPTOMS OF HEART PROBLEMS HIS STAFF HAS TOLD ME I AM OK AFTER THE TESTS BUT DR, MOSSIN SAID I AM NOT OK . AND AFTER A STRESS TEST I HAD NO PAIN AT ALL IN MY CHEST OR HART, THAT MUST MEAN I AM OK. SO I DO NOT THINK DR MOSHIN IS JUST OUT FOR THE MONEY

My father has been seeing Dr. Mohsin for years. Just recently, my father had a stroke over the weekend (first serious illness in his life). When we contacted his Dr. Mohsin, he scheduled to see my father first thing Monday. He found a blockage and inserted a stent that same day. A week later, MRI and tests found the procedure went well and he spent time talking to my parents; he was clear on what is expected moving forward. He is attentive and focused, a doctor I would recommend to family and friends.

I was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. I was seen promptly on arrival. The office staff and Doctor were very thorough and allowed me the time needed to answer all my questions.

The staff at HVCNH who work for, and with Dr. Mohsin were professional, courteous to me. They were patient when I asked questions, and were attentive when asking about my procedures.
