Doctor Michelle is the best Dentist that I found by far. The entire stuff are profesional and treat you with respect. He was highly recommended by a friend when I needed it the most and now I would like to recommend him and his practice to you. :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Mitchell nearly half my life. With that said, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with him and his staff. Dr. Mitchell takes the time to speak with me and I never feel rushed by him. I happen to be in his office for a cleaning and Dr. Mitchell was off for his birthday. Been a patient for over 20 years and never had a single issue. Everything is always explained in terms that are simple. Dr Mitchell and staff have always been wonderful with our family. My daughter is special needs and does not enjoy a dentist visit at all. But Dr Mitchell and his entire staff habe worked with her in every way possible.

I went to Dr. Mitchell for dental care when I lived in my hometown. It is because of his dedication to doing the right thing for his patients that showed me how a dentist with real integrity treats a patient. As a result, I avoided unnecessary dental work at predatory dentists during my college and young working adult years. Dental work that Dr. Mitchell did for me in my teens still holds up decades later, and has received compliments from other dentists. I can tell you as a DENTAL PROFESSIONAL that he and his staff follow the same protocols as any other dental offices. Emergency appointments are for addressing the problem and giving antibiotics to treat the infection if needed. This is done so numbing can take place. My family and I love Dr. Mitchell and his staff! They are always so friendly and helpful. When my Grandmother was in the nursing home and needed some dental work they went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and for that we will always be greatful!

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. My normal dentist office was not able to fit me in for 3 weeks since my regular dentist had moved and no other dentist in the office were taking on “new patients”. Even though I have been a patient of that office since I was 4. The pain was excruciating, so I was calling dentist all over. I called Dr. Mitchell's office as soon as they opened, and they were able to see me that day within the hour. The newest Dr. (I believe his name was Tyler) to the practice performed the extraction, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I was a ball of nerves, but he talked to me the whole time and told me what to expect. Everyone at the office was so sweet, and I was in and out of there in no time and have had zero issues since. I was also very pleased with the price considering I don't have dental insurance! They've gained a new patient, and I'll be back for my next cleaning and any future dental needs I or my family need! Fantastic dentist! My whole family uses him!!

I have gone to Dr. Mitchell for almost 20 years, and you will not find a more caring dentist who has old-fashioned values of "doing it right." He will go the extra mile to make sure it is done right - and he truly cares about his patients. I went to SC for a year during those years, and had a bad experience with a dentist there. Dr. Mitchell got it straightened out for me. I admire what he does for the profession as a whole in teaching and in doing missionary work. His staff members from the front desk, assistants and hygienists are great, too. I was having a problem with a tooth, tried to get an appointment with my Dr on my insurance & was unable to get in. I called Dr Mitchell’s & they got me in. The staff is amazing & Dr Mitchell is so kind & compassionate. Just wish he was on my insurance. I will definitely go back. Great service.

Over the years we have attempted to get treatment from this office. We were low income. So we came as we could. There is and always had been a reason to not treat us. Now that we have a temporary insurance...amazingly enough, they no longer accept new patients. I pray you get more dentist in the area. This practice does not care about your oral care. GREAT Dentist!!! Staff is very caring and friendly.

Dr Mitchell sees all 4 Third Party Administrators for the low income insured patient. He has seen these patients the entire time he has been in practice. The real issue is with the Georgia Legislature and the contract they negotiated with those Third Party Administrators. The reimbursement schedule that the Georgia Legislature agreed to is ridiculously low--paying only 1/3 of an average fee. Despite that, Dr Mitchell sees children with those plans. The previous reviewer is unfortunately a victim of the poor health care system in place in this country. Dr Mitchell sees all 4 Third Party Administrators for the low income insured patient. The dentist was the best I have had delt with I have had so many bad experience but this one. He had to remove a tooth that had a crown on it from a previous dentist and the crown fell off it took a bit of work but Jamie Mitchell kept making sure I was okay.
