It was a true pleasure to have Dr Zencer. He took the time needed to insure all patients would be treated with the very best remedy.. Doctor that puts his patient first, has a great personality how can you go wrong.
This Dr. is a Nightmare. Suggested a life threatening Abscess requiring an immediate CT scan. Scaring my wife into going to Mesa View rather than St.George (12 times the cost). To date he has refused to answer our calls for a CT report (2 weeks +). He has ignored pleas to his answering service, the clinic staff promises to pass on our messages with no Joy. He also recommended a Colonoscopy, but hasn't prepared an order, despite numerous request to his staff.
Dr. Mark Souder was our family physician in Auburn, IN. He has been ranked as one of the best doctors in Indiana. He was the so caring and we did not think we could replace him. A hard act to follow, Dr. James Zinser is just as good. He is thorough, follows up, and dedicates his life to helping his patients. We are thankful to have Dr. Zinser as our primary physician. My husband and I are both very happy to have such a knowledgeable and kind doctor.
Dr Zinser is a caring and kind Doctor. He asks questions so he can better understand your ailments. He is pleasant and makes you feel important. He never just rushes you through the appointment like cattle. I am very lucky to have found him when I first moved to the area and didn't know any doctors here. He was my first pick and I have no intentions of looking for a different Doctor. I totally enjoy going to the doctor now. He is one of the good ones.
