This doctor and his office have low reviews everywhere for a reason. I’ve never had a worse experience with a doctor and the staff in my life

Worst doctor, ill-equipped in the field, a random Google search would give you a better diagnosis. His office assistant Dalia is one of the worst, least professional individuals I have ever encountered in my 50 years on this earth.

I had a cystoscope and I found Dr Zachery extremely competent, professional and comfortable. He explained my BPH options. Recommended the proper treatment. You can tell he’s definitely very experienced and comfortable in his profession.

Dr. Zachary is very competent and will not recommend treatments that you do not need. At the same time I do not believe he did an adequate job educating me about how the treatments would effect my overall health. Radiation treatments and the associated shots do more than just deal with cancer.

Dr. Doesn’t discuss with patient test results only a call from his nurse with my numbers after I called. Weeks following office visit and he still has not provided report or even updated the MyBaycare app. He has not communicated my test results with my Primary Care Physician. He doesn’t seem to think a 40%-60% chance of prostate cancer important. Don’t go to Dr. Zachary if you expect him to communicate with you.

Dr. Zachary’s office didn’t inform me of a cancerous tumor for eight months delaying my treatment. An act that may cost me my life. I don’t have the wherewithal to describe the pain and suffering this Doctor and staff have caused me. Don’t trust this office at all, the state office of regulation has been alerted to their carelessness. Copies of this review have been made and will be sent to the State Office Of Regulation. There is no phone record of a call to inform me of the 3.1cm adenocarcinoma a glandular cancer a deadly cancer.

dr. Zachary has performed a cystoscopy on me on March 2018 without any anesthesia. it was a TORTURE with all means. I thought that this is the only way to do it but when I discussed with my relatives, friends, doctors, everyone of them was wondering how come he does this procedure without any anesthesia or whatever pills to make the experience less painful. Apparently I am the only one done it this way and he is the only doctor does it this way. I am extremely disappointed and this was my worst medical experience with any doctor through my whole life.

Dr. Spends the visit bragging about how many men he has on testosterone replacement. He is not interested symptons, patient care , nor adequate follow up. Shameful!

AMAZING DR!! FIXED A LIFE CHANGING ISSUE THAT NO OTHER DR COULD!! HE IS A SAINT.. GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER VERY CARING!! HIS MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE IS UNSURPASSED. HE IS A GREAT LISTENER
