Dr Yates is a very good listener. He is a great family doctor for adults. I would be very sad if he moved or quit. He seems to be very calm and knowledgeable.

Dr Yates has been my doctor for over 20 years and i have nothing but the best for him. What i like most about HIM IS THST HE IS A RETIRED FULL BIRD AND HE HAS TREATED MANY OF OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS. He has treated many.different illnes. his staff treated my family and wife like sh!t, would't even recommend him as a pig doctor

Receptionist is extremely rude when trying to book an appointment.

This “man” cares nothing about health or helping his patients. He’s a pill mill. He murders. I am actively petitioning for his license revocation do NOT go to this death house. Money grubbing killer. Go anywhere but here! Your life may depend on it!!!!!

I was having bad back pain for years dr Yates was my mother's doctor God rest her soul and he took very good care of her so I called and made me appointment with him and told him was was going on with me now keep in mind I had been to about10 other doctors he sent me for a MRI and bone test and they came back as me is being osteoporosis he has been treating me know for 4 years I love this man he sets and listens to you .I will not use anyone else but dr Yates if I hadn't went to see him I bet I would strill be in alot of pain I could not figure out what was going I was starting to get this big hump in my back and omg hurt all the time I couldn't lay down I had to sleep in a chair .still having pain but nothing like I was .to me he is just amazing he dont feel you up with pain pills he works on you and sends you for test sets down with you and gives you the best things I need to be doing to help with the pain .thank you doctor Yates for everything you do for me .and miss vickey has to be one of the sweeties lady that I have ever met in my life .everyone in his office is very nice .but that miss vickey goes out of her way to help you .so if you need a great doctor and go somewhere where the staff takes up time with you then you need to go and see him .thank you doctorYates for everything you do for me .without you I don't know where I would be today. My father was a patient of Dr. Yates'. He developed an unusual and complex condition, which I understand would be difficult for any doctor to diagnose. However, when his condition continued to worsen, resulting in multiple hospital stays and trips to the ER, Dr. Yates took a wait and see approach with very little urgency instead of referring my father to UAB. When we finally demanded a referral, UAB specialists diagnosed him in 24 hours and began treatment. Dangerous and disappointing care.

Dr. Yates spent time with me and he listened. I have fibromyalgia. He is working on an alternative way instead of narcotics. He is great.

Best practice in Jacksonville Al. Great Listening skills and knowledge management experience and nice. Hard to find these days!
