Dr. James J Wu

Dr. James Wu did an implant in 2009. It lasted about 3 years, with continuous pain, until he took it out. With no explanation, no refund, no rework, Dr. Wu just said "You are all set" and kicked me out of the door. I had another implant done by Dr. John Morgan in 2014, at the same spot, still very good after 8 years.

I had a great experience yesterday getting my tooth pulled. The office is beautiful, clean and the entire staff is so friendly. Dr Jeong and his assistant helped calm my nerves and made it such an easy, painless experience. I will recommend this office to everyone I know! Thank you Dr. Jeong!!

Dr. Wu performed multiple implant on me. I have been nothing short of elated with the results. He helped me redeem my confidence and truly has a Dr's touch. The work was clean with minimal pain in comparison to other procedures I have had elsewhere. Thanks again Dr.

This is a great office if you need a dental implant. Contingent on your insurance of course, prices are very reasonable and the front office breaks up the cost nicely. Dr. Wu is very professional with a friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I have anxiety as well as multiple dental implants. Fortunately for me, Dr. Wu is my oral surgeon. He is a skilled oral surgeon as well as an understanding doctor for patients who have severe anxiety that need simple or complex procedures. Dr. Wu and his staff are very attentive and "in tune" to patients who need any extra hand holding to get through surgery. I was a little anxious about needing to receive an implant, but the professionalism and compassion of Dr. Wu and his staff quickly calmed my nerves. Furthermore, the office is pristine and seems to have the latest state-of-the-art technology. My implant is doing well with no issues at all. Dr. Wu is fantastic. He fixed an issue another dentist made, and it was apparent that he was an absolute expert. I would have given 5 stars but his receptionist was very condescending, (an understatement).

Dr. James Wu has done considerable dental surgery and implant placements for both me and my wife. A real professional who strives to ensure that every step of the process goes smoothly and the end result meets your expectations. Great facility and staff. The good news is the recent collaboration with Dr. Elaine Wu whose office is across the parking lot and offers complete dental services with a focus and unparalleled expertise with implant placement. My two previous dentists retired, so we are thrilled to have a one-stop solution to our dental needs. Highly recommend.

Maybe do to insurance may depend on your otcom man I hope not. 4 week's later my gums still are tender. U can send man to the moon but u can't make a person s mouth comfortable.

I would highly recommend Dr. Wu if you need an implant. My experience with Dr. Wu was a pleasant one. Very professional, great staff everything was explained in detail the end result was a positive one.

Have had 2 teeth extracted and surgery when another Dentist poked a hole in my sinus, the man is a Genius, caring, and gentle, called me at 9 pm to see how I was feeling after surgery. Highly recommend Dr Wu.

He has extracted teeth from all three of my children with precision and care. He has an excellent bedside manner.

Advanced Surgical is a state of the art, beautiful, impressive office. Dr Wu extracted my daughters' impacted wisdom teeth a few years ago and also placed an immediate implant for me recently. Everyone is very professional and pleasant. Dr Wu was very good at explaining the procedure and I felt comfortable and well cared for. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday I was told I needed to give 200.00 on arrival in a message left on my voice mail. We worked with this office for over a month. First we were told we could pay the bill on Oct 2nd with my flexable spending account that started on Oct 1st and they agreed to that. Then they call and leave a message two days before the surgery that I need to pay 200.00 and the rest on my flexable spending account on Oct 2nd. When my husband called they told him I needed to reschedule and that we were "misinformed". I was called two business days before surgery and told I needed to pay in full or reschedule. I could not reschedule because I had taken three vacation days from work and I would lose those days if I did not have the surgery on Monday. I called on Friday morning and spoke to Linda in the office. She was extremely rude. I asked what forms of payment they excepted for Monday because I would be paying the whole thing. I was told they take credit cards and a personal check with a social security number. I have never been to this office before and I owe them no money. It states on their website that they take personal checks. I received a call twenty minutes later telling my voice mail that I needed to pay the 1500.00 by credit card that they would not except a personal check from me. When I called the office to question why I was singled out they just told me that is what Dr Wu said so I asked to talk to the Dr and was told he was out of the country. I asked for a business manager and they don't have one. Linda put me on hold twice for over 10 min. When I asked to speak to someone else in the office she gave me to Sara when I attempted to talk to her she just rudely said my surgery was cancelled that she was told Dr Wu he refused to do the surgery. Thought he wasn't in the office. They false advertise they discriminate against their patients and they lie.
