For Sutter, it's all about money and right wing values. Dr. Willis's office is no different. . I waited for a month after my referral. They never called so I called them. They got the referral as the 6 month trained front office person confirmed, but never said why they never called me. Turns out, they won't take my insurance which I pay hundreds for each month. I wanted relief so bad, but he/they don't care and that's Sutter. All About money and are incompetent. Go elsewhere.
