Have been seeing Dr Wade for many, many years, and he has always been so attentive, kind, and thorough. When I have needed to be seen, because of an illness, or injury, the office has always gone out of their way to make certain I was seen. Dr Wade is a very knowledgeable physician, who truly cares about his patients. There aren’t many like him these days. I would highly recommend him!

Without a doubt the most amazing doctor I have ever seen. He cares so much about every patient of his. He will listen to you and tells you straight up what the plan to get you better is. It does not matter if you are a 30 year patient or first time you get the same person no matter what and that is a caring, outgoing, great doctor. I don't care if I have to wait 5 hours to see him cause I have had so many bad doctors that finding one like him makes the wait so worth it. I wish I knew about him a long time ago

Dr James P. Wade, MD is THE BEST Dr, he is caring, uplifting and friendly with a GREAT bedside manner. I'm so happy n feel like its a privilege to have a Dr who is caring n really cares about his patients. He talks n listens. And yes, sometimes he doesn't run on time for his appointments but what better time to walk the parking lot n get your steps in. I've lost 50lvs n he's encouraging n has a positive attitude . Dr. Wade is the excellent doctor he gets his work done his staff is also excellent they answer the phone when you call they all take care of their patients

Had to wait two hours to be seen MULTIPLE times. He accused me of “fishing for drugs” when I came for treatment despite the fact that I don’t even take Ibuprofen for headaches (which I made known). Ironically, one month later, I was admitted into the hospital for a life-threatening surgery.

I was so hesitant in changing primary care doctors and had put it off for a very long time. I'm so thankful that my co workers recommended Dr. Wade! He kept me laughing the whole time I was in the office and I almost completely forgot that I was vising a Dr. Such a good experience. He listened and he explained and didn't rush through my appointment. His staff was amazing as well!!

My appointment was 1045am and got here by 1030am. I am still waiting 1207pm

Would be zero if possible. Left a new patient waiting for over an hour past appointment time . Then has the audacity to still charge them the copay when they left because they had other commitments. No one ever explained why the patient wasn't seen. Absolutely awful!!!

I love my doctor. Dr. Wade and his PA Lance are the best. It’s like visiting family every time you go. His nurses and office staff are awesome you! They all really care about their patients.

Under James Wade’s direction, I met with Lance Lane, P.A. for my visit today. I can always rely on positive feedback with forward thinking advice when I meet with him or Dr. Wade. Both are incredibly knowledgeable & care about their patients. I felt comfortable confiding in Lance regarding my health. The support staff, with new patient software to manipulate along with juggling patients, displayed mature teamwork resulting in positive patient results. No matter what I request, I can count on this team to assist in any way possible to help me. Great doctor, P.A.s & support team. I feel blessed.

Was checked in for my appointment and asked to wait in my car because there were too many people in the waiting room, which should have been a red flag, after waiting in my car for over 40 minutes I went in to ask how much longer it would be… at this point I was told it would be another 20-40 minutes before I was roomed. I asked to speak to the practice manager and explained that as a patient my time is valuable too. I should have at a minimum been told of the extended wait time upon check in and given the option to reschedule at that time. Now I have had over 40 minutes of my day wasted. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I asked if it would ever be different, she said no, it was a busy practice, I told her no that was bad management. If you won’t see a patient that is more than 15 minutes late, a patient should never be expected to wait that long on a regular basis. Your practice isn’t running well. I will not be returning.

Takes hours just to see a doctor

Dr. Wade is one of the best doctors in this area.

Best doctor I have seen in a long time! Always friendly, efficient and easy to talk to! The staff is friendly especially Rosetta! Very caring! I used to dread going to the doctor but now I do not mind at all.

as good of experience as you can have going to a Dr. He and his staff very kind and best of all do not look down on you everyone treated with kindness and respect

Dr. Wade and associates are great. There office has a wait but if you need something done they do it same day and dont make you come back for it. They are totally worth the office wait.

Dr. Wade is the best - no one else compares!! And he has an amazing staff, as well!!! We have always received the best care and treatment there - I wouldn't trust anyone else!!!

It is a total pain getting thru on the phone but once you do the service is extraordinary. I see Rachel Rademacher P.A. in the office and she is the best I have found in this area.

(Total HIPAA violation). I didnt feel comfortable doing that so I stood at the window for 3mins before being acknowleged. They are okay on the medical side, never actually seen Wade in person always a PA, but the real problem is their billing. They do not send bills in any sort of traceable manner and never send a notice they are turning the bill over to collections. They claim I was sent both but never received either one and since they refuse to use registered mail they have no clue as to where it did go but they will be sure to call demanding immediate payment or it will be turned over to collections in 24 hours but never call prior to that. On top of that they charged a "convenience" fee for paying by credit card over the phone. Doesn't matter how good a doctor is, the amount of lies and stress involved in their billing makes the office completely worthless. Awesome Dr, and wonderful PA's, Lance and Rachel. Would highly recommend, they are very personable and truly care about their staff and patient's.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Wade as my family physician. He is easy to talk to and has a fun personality. He does his best to help you feel better, even if antibiotics are not the remedy he will typically give you something to help with the symptoms of your illness. He is genuine and has a way of making you laugh even when you are feeling bad. The office staff are friendly and professional. There are two Physician Assistants in the office - Lance and Rachel who are excellent.

It's always a pain having to establish care with a new doctor and I can agree with the review that sometimes the wait can be long. (The first time I went I had to wait an hour. The second time went a lot faster.) But I just couldn't take a star away for that. I know exactly why so many people want to be seen by Dr. Wade. Aside from just an outstanding personality and great staff, he was very thorough. He didn't make me feel like he was just trying to rush me out. Great Experience!

I have been a long time patient and I think he is great, but the wait times to be seen are crazy. It has me thinking about switching drs. I have to be available for at leats 2 to 2.5 hours for a dr. Appt. Wait time in waiting room is most likely 1 hour, then another hour once you get back to the waiting room. I Love the staff and both P.A.s but I am a very busy mom and that is just 2 long to have to wait

Dr. Wade and his PA Lance are amazing! I've been going to them for over 10 yrs and they've always provided top notch care. The office can always fit you in if you're really sick, having an emergency, etc. they never turn patients away or say come in next week. They offer an after hours clinic service and on holidays they take turns being on call so your questions get answered immediately. They treat me like a person- ask about my dad, job, dog, etc and seem genuinely interested in how I'm doing.

Best. Doctor. EVER.

As a nurse I had worked closely with Dr . Wade. When I was forced by illness to find a primary care provider I knew right away that I would be in trusted and knowledgeable hands with this amazing physician that has one of the best bedside manners I've ever seen. Over the years I've had to make many visits to the office and have always had excellent patient care. Not only Dr. Wade but everyone in the office has always been kind, caring, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs. If I've ever needed an appointment, they have always been able to get me into the office within a day or two, sometimes even the same day if it were a more urgent issue. I wouldn't go to another PCP and always recommend this group of medical professionals to anyone that asks. As a nurse I had worked closely with Dr . Wade. Dr Wade decided to discontinue my care because I voiced my opinion about a bad experience that I had there. I was not rude, loud, or vulgar. I was very calm and respectable. But because I was provided with bad care and spoke up about it he decided to discontinue being my physician. So sad that constructive criticism and customer satisfaction was not what was important to Dr. Wade. Very sad. Oh and not to mention the bad care did not come from the Dr but from the nursing staff.
