This guy was my aenesthiologist for a random (to him) colonoscopy. He is OUT OF NETWORK for my provider, and does not answer phone calls to his office. Avoid him if you are in Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If you can. He travels under the radar, swooping in to provide sleeping pills if you're going through a colonoscopy, then charging you an amazing amount for a simple procedure. You'll get a colonoscopy for almost nothing because ACA/Obamacare, but this guy will charge you over One Large for a short nap. Personally, I'd rather be reamed by my gastroenterologist than by Dr. Uy.

I would recommend this doctor to anyone who asked because I have been his patient for over ten years and have no complaints whatsoever. He's very professional yet kind and compassionate, takes time to answer any questions and just a very caring doctor. Very good at what he does both as a pain management doctor and an anesthesiologist.
