Dr. Tuong is fabulous! I had not seen him in a hot minute. He remembered me and was so helpful getting me back on track to breathe! So happy is is my Dr!

I like Dr. Toung and his staff. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends. What I don't like is that you can't ever call the office you need. Everything has to thru the call center. Half the time they don't answer or call you back. They have even cancelled my appointment without my approval or letting me know. This is why I'm giving a bad score.

Nice office, friendly staff. I felt Dr Toung was very knowledgeable. His bedside manner is all business.

Dr. Toung is very good at what he does. He seeks to understand the client, asks good open ended questions, and fully explains all options.

Dr Toung is great ????

I was greeted by the receptionist in a friendly manner and had a fairly short wait to see Dr. Tuong. He didn’t keep me waiting very long and was pleasant and quite informative about my upcoming procedure. Overall my experience was quite positive.

I’ve been seeing Dr Toung for many years and he’s very thorough and informative. I have a medical condition that requires annual monitoring and I like the fact that he and his office make sure my exams and images are scheduled appropriately. Dr Toung, Tammie, and his staff are very friendly, thoughtful, and professional.

Dr Toung is a talented doctor. I'm so glad I have found him. He listens carefully to your issues, discusses the treatment and does a great job with follow through.

Dr. Toung is an excellent MD and his staff is very nice.

The Dr was very experienced, and answered all the questions we had. He discovered a problem with my husband’s inner ear bone that may be contributing to his balance problems. He has ordered a cat scan, and will be referring us to a Dr in the Medical Center for possible surgery. I was impressed and welcomed the cordial interaction with him. I have now seen Dr. Toung twice and have been exceptionally pleased with him and the care he has provided. Some doctors seem get you in and out as quickly as possible, but I felt I had the time to voice all my medical concerns and have them fully addressed. He also has some great staff working for him! Dr. Toung is a caring and careful doctor. He always tends to my very sensitive ear gently and thoroughly.

Excellent! This was my 2nd experience with Dr. Toung and he was very patient and concise. My 1st visit was an ear issue, he explained the problem and gave me a salve to fix it and no medicines were recommended and I appreciated that. Now I have a sinus problem and explained my problem and how he can help me. The staff is very friendly and helpful with a shout out to a nurse, LaQuinta. She is so pleasant and kind. Another shout out to Tammi the physicians assistant, I went to see her due to scheduling and she too was wonderful and gave me the right medication to fix my then problem. I’m grateful to all!

I saw Dr. Toung, who cleaned the wax out of my right ear, and the audiologist, who tested my hearing. I was taken care in a short amount of time and treated in a friendly manner.

Very nice staff especially the front desk helpful quick service Dr Toung was great !!!

My visit was a referral from a family member. The office staff was great. They were friendly and VERY efficient. Dr. Toung was a second opinion for an issue I've been getting nowhere with other doctors. He took time to actually listen to my concerns, something that previous doctors brushes off as irrelevant or not related.

Dr Toung is so great at what he does. I have had appointments with him for over a year now and recently he performed sinus surgery for me. I can’t thank him enough. He is very professional and helpful. I get a lot of sinus problems/infections and I feel a lot better knowing Dr Toung is there for me when I need him.

Have not seen Dr. Toung in the years I have been going to this Texas ENT office. (Usually in the office every 8-10 weeks for ear wax removal.) Always see the Nurse Practitioner Tammy. She is quick, personable and professional.

My ears were really itching, burning, swollen and popping all the time. I was afraid of going to the doctor because I thought my ears were irreversibly damaged. I went to see Dr. Toung. He looked in my ears, said I had deeply impacted ear wax and it was causing inflammation in my ears. He vacuumed the wax from my ears and I could hear much better immediately. I was prescribed ear drops for the inflammation. I went in for a second visit a week later, Dr. Toung looked in my ears and said the inflammation was gone. I read many reviews that were not about ears, so I did not know what to expect, but yes he works on people’s ears. I chose Dr. Toung because he had many positive reviews and tons of credentials. Dr. Toung said that he routinely cleans ear wax out of people’s ears. He said there was an ear pressure test he could do if my ear pressure was still messed up after the ear cleaning. Dr Toung is personable and listens to my concerns. He pursued the best course for an elder like me, and we will talk in a month to see about progress or new plans. His staff is very pleasant and patient. I was made to feel that I still counted as important despite my age.

Dr. Toung performed surgery on my daughter removing a huge mass from her neck, thus resolving an emergency situation that could've otherwise had a different and catastrophic turnout. I am grateful for that.
