Dr. Thompson always takes the time to explain anything to me that I don’t understand. His gentle nature puts me at ease. He has helped me more than anyone else dealing with my diabetes. He has been an answer to prayer. I wish all of my doctors were more like him.

I feel like he doesn't listen to me and I pay for the same visits again and again because he doesn't listen to me

Express scripts faxed my request for prescription twice. Dr office told me they have hundreds of faxes they haven't gone through. Today I called. The office closed early. No clue why but my prescription request still not taken care of... Now it's a holiday weekend and will have to go without another week. Stay away from this office. The only good thing was the dr. But he's leaving this month anyhow. This office is very unorganized and I'm reporting it to the main company! Express scripts faxed my request for prescription twice. My experience with Dr. Thompson and his staff has been excellent. He takes time to listen; explains things so that you can understand them; staff is professional and friendly; office is immaculate; trust him and his judgment. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Thompson provides all the information you need, is a great listener, helps you heal, and has a super staff from front-office to nurses. I'm totally satisfied and would recommend him highly.
