Dr. James Sanford Steadman

This is our second visit and both times were a waste of time. He didn’t review the labs my husband gave previously. The doctor just listened to my husbands heart & lungs, tapped on his abdomen and asked some questions. My husband has dementia and is in constant pain. Did the doctor address any of this? No! He treated my husband so poorly at the first appointment (years ago), he swore he’d never go back. After convincing my husband to go back, we scheduled an appointment but when we showed up, the receptionist told us someone canceled the appointment. I don’t know who “someone” is but it wasn’t us. My husband has great difficulty traveling so Dr. Steadman’s superficial exam made it that much harder on us. If you can go to Reno, GO and avoid this clinic if at all possible. I gave it one star because it’s the lowest grade available.

The man has a personality of a sloth. He is not friendly at all and does not care what you are there for, He puts false information in your medical records (says you have been explained about something that you do not have & was in fact, not seen for). He does not want you to tell him what is going on with you, he just wants to get you out of his office. This doctor pretty much lets you know that he does not care and does not want to be there. I was assigned this doctor & its time to change.
