If you want a Dr. that runs, (literally) runs in the room and thinks that he knows how you feel better than you do this is the doc for you! I will not be back....ever. But the positive thing is I'm sure he sees enough patients to get his bonus.

I found Dr. Spires to be a very friendly, competent doctor. He told me what was and what wasn't wrong. I also like the fact he got his degrees in medicine from the state of Texas because I am a born and bred Texan. To see a diploma from Texas A&M was icing on the cake for me. In all seriousness, I found Dr. Spires to be an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him to others.

All good no problem just waiting on a call to go to Mobile. Saw him last Wed and they called Thursday and said someone would be calling for a hearing test and as of today have not heard a word concerning a hearing test

I met Dr. Spires 33yrs ago. I've taken all my children to him. And now my grandchildren. He takes his time with you. And has the biggest heart. He is great at what he does.

As a physician, I recognize Dr. Spires as the best of the best. He is an outstanding surgeon with years of experience. I trust him with my personal and family health care needs. I highly recommend him to anyone for any ENT issues.

Dr. Spires always sees me promptly and, most directly, tells me his diagnosis and what the treatment will be, even if it's bad news. I very much appreciate his frank approach and the clarity of his explanations. His staff is excellent and was quick to provide much needed information when I had to cancel a cruise due to my illness.

Dr. Spires was very personable and thorough on his examination. He explained my issue well and provided me with alternatives

had my very first appointment with Dr Spires on 01/31/2023. I can say this much, my wait to see him was very short and now I know why. My entire appointment lasted about 6 minutes. He was almost out the door before he even fully stepped in. Did not ask me one question and only went by what I briefly put in my questionnaire. I thought we would have at least a brief talk. Not at all! I barely got my hearing checked. I had to stop him and ask before he walked away. This was by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. If you want in and out of your appointment quick he’s your guy. If you want a doctor who you can trust, cares about his patients and wants to listen this is not the doctor for you. I do want to say this. Every person and I mean every one of them, from the front desk to billing to the nurses were phenomenal Needless to say I still have to find an ENT doctor and make another appointment because I got nothing from this appointment.

I was struggling with severe breathing issues and Dr. Spires cured me. I had Septoplasty with other nasal surgeries three weeks ago, and now, after 2 post-op visits, I CAN BREATH. He is skilled and loves what he does, and it shows. My quality of life is restored because of this great Doctor.

Dr. Spires is one of the best hands down. I have been seeing him (ENT) for years, and he listens to my issues. He has really taken care of my allergy and sinus issues that I have struggled with for years. For the first time in all my time in Lower Alabama, I actually feel better, and when I have issues I come in and he takes care of it. Dr. Spires cares about his patients and it shows! I recommend him to all my family and friends. Not the Crazy ones though....lol

Dr. Spires was both professional and personable in his interaction with me as a new patient. He was very detailed and forthcoming about the diagnosis of my lymph nodes.

I met Dr. Spires over 20 + years about my 7yr old son stop breathing through the night in his sleep. I was very pleased with him, his work ethics, & professionalism. He's trustworthy too. My entire family saw him after my son's visit & he's still my doctor to this day. He was the 1st doctor to recognized that my late husband had a serious problem, medically & to have his primary doctor run several types of tests on him, which discovered he had a rare form of leukemia. A doctor @ a medical facility on the weekend before he saw Doctor Spires, had misdiagnosed. Thanks to Dr Spires' knowledge, I was given 10 extra days to be with my husband before he passed away. Great staff and a awesome doctor. If you have severe sinus issues Dr. Spires is definitely the doctor you need to see.

I took my daughter to see Dr Spires on a Thursday and she was scheduled for BMT and ADT on the following Monday. Dr Spires was great! He explained everything to me and made me feel reassured that everything would be okay.

Dr. Spires, was very concerned with my issue. Gave me two prescriptions and advice on what to use over the counter. He also told me what foods to stay away from. My first time meeting him and he left me with only GOOD things to say about him. I will also recommend him to others.

I never have to wait. He and his staff are always so friendly, and take the best care of me. I have used Dr. Spires for the past 28 years for myself and my whole family. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My appointment was at 2:30. Got in at 2:40. Dr Spires was efficient and was done by 3:00. Was pleased.

I received an appointment the same day I called! Received excellent care.

Dr. Spires told me the medication he was prescribing for me but when I picked up the medication from the pharmacy it wasn't what the doctor told me. Therefore, I feel like this was a waste of my time and money.
