Dr. Sipkins has been my primary physician for 20 years. He is incredibly thorough and spends a long time at every visit going over my medical history and current health concerns. Have been seeing him for many years and sad to report service has been lacking lately. Staff never recognizes who you are and don't identify themselves when answering the phone. I've waited days to get answers from staff although Dr. Sipkins does respond to emails. Turnover seems to be high at front desk. Waiting for lab tests can be very long even when no one is waiting in front of you. Overall can be very frustrating experience.

I miss this doctor. I saw him for over 3 years. He is very knowledgeable; he is humorous if you want him to be; and he is very timely in calling you back should you need to leave a message. If I could clone him and move him to Florida, I would.
