Dreadful customer service. Had emergency issue and the front desk did not care less. Not at all what I would expect from a professional service at all. Very disappointed Seattle /Tukwila

Everyone in Dr. Simmons is personable and takes a true interest in making your experience relaxing and fun! Dr. Simmons couldn’t be more friendly, professional and thorough with his examination.

Highly recommended. I've been going to Dr. Simmons for several years now and I really appreciate how well he explains each aspect of the exam. But more than being extremely knowledgeable and professional, Dr. Simmons and his staff are friendly and immediately put you at ease the moment you arrive. I would give six stars if I could! Very professional but still makes you feel at home in his office. He is the best. Takes time to answer questions, very effecient..which means very little wait time. Highly knowledgeable, great staff in office. Started going to Dr. Simmons through a friends recomendation probably 7 years ago. Would never consider going anywhere else. He's just excellent.
