I returned a call from DR Simmons office "to schedule my annual visit with the doctor". I called and listened to a staff member, unfortunately I did not understand her name, she said the visit would cover (long list of items) and did I want an in person office visit? I responded yes and would like to be with my wife. "That Won't happen!" "We always have before?" "The Doctor is booked up until September 9 and we don't have his schedule after then." "So I should call back after September 9th?" i guess. I asked why I was told to call, got all the required speal, and could not make an appointment. No answer. Doctor Simmons has been excellent in every way except for training his staff. Dr. Simmons is an amazing doctor. He is an advocate for his patients and wants the best medical care for them.
