My husband died of PULMONARY FIBROSIS while seeing the Dr Siminski. He was a couldnt care less Dr. No compassion and his head was definitely other places. Didn’t even know the test results he sent my husband for. He and the heart Dr. Made some pretty poor decisions . Never again Maybe after 38 years he should think about going fishing or 18 holes.

Dr. Siminski is thorough and kind. He spent time with me to explain and answer any questions. His prescribed treatments have worked very well for me.

I had an appointment with Dr Siminski on 1/5/2021. All we did was talk which was less than a 10 minute visit. All we did was talk. Today ,3/3/2021, I called his billing office and was told that Medicare was charged $400 for 10 minutes of his time. That, I feel, is outrages.

Saved my life almost 25 years ago and has been my doc ever since. Kind, caring and absolutely the best

Stopped seeing Dr Siminski after I was left waiting 40 minutes for my appointment without anyone letting me know what the hold up was. Finally started to walk out and nurse said "he's ready to see you now".....I told her it was too late as now I had to leave. Asked for copy of my files and was told it would cost $25...….really...….Office paperwork states there is a $200 if the patient misses an appointment.....but I guess it's OK for doctor to miss appointment without any repercussions...….no one from Office bothered to contact me any further. He is best one with Pulmonary. I can’t afford to lose him. I am his patient over 20 years.

He takes his time to visit and listen. He was able to sort out if it was a change in my asthma, sleep apnea, or post heart condition. There have been some communication problems due to a recent move to a new office location and computer system but it is getting better so be a little patient and persistent. A good caring support staff. These 5 stars are not just BS.

Dr. Siminski was my lung doctor for years and I could not have asked for better care! Unfortunately we moved to Round Rock Texas and I had to find a new pulmonary doctor here, and I have been thru 2 different doctors, they don't compare to Dr. James Siminski!!

Saw Dr Siminski the first time during my hospital stay. Personable and thorough. Follow-up appt at his office is with Brandy, the P.A. She is fabulous. Very professional and very thorough. Brandy was very kind and caring and did not hurry thru the appointment at all. Tammy in the front office goes that extra mile to help you. She is terrific. Did not get a chance to meet anyone else. Dr. Siminski spent quite a bit of time with me on my initial visit. He asked many questions and was very tuned in and attentive. Was thoughtful on the best treatment for me.
