Dr. James Eric Silberzweig

I had an HSG done and it was quick (less than five minutes) and relatively painless with some over the counter medicine. Dr. S. also has a nice bedside manner which helps those of us who are anxious patients.

Worst bedside manner; would not recommend to anyone and will never return.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Silberzweig and Monica the medical assistant. I was terrified for my HSG procedure after having a really bad experience elsewhere the month before. Dr. Silberzweig walked me through step by step, took time to let me breathe through the (common) cramping, and answered all of my hundred of questions. Dr. Silberzweig worked well with my anxiety. Unfortunately, we got some bad news and Dr. Silberzweig sat with us and patiently explained everything, and helped us set up an appointment for the next few days. I returned shortly after for a follow-up necessary FTR and had just as an amazing experience. I was really nervous but again Dr. Siblerzweig walked me through everything and took his time explaining and letting me breathe through the cramping. Thankfully we were successful and Dr. Silberzweig has made a positive difference in our fertility process. I highly recommend Dr. Silberzweig and his practice.

Clean is office. Below average bedside manner. Barely explained procedure and results while in office. Zero wait time was great.

Dr. Silberzweig has a great bedside manner. He checks on his patients after each visit and will personally answer calls to answer questions. That's rare these days. He took the time to explain every detail of my HSG. The office is clean and has all the personal hygiene items you need to go about your day after your appointment. I would recommend him 100%

Great experience! I had an HSG procedure done with Dr. Silberzweig . The procedure took less than 10 mins and was Painfree. Dr. Silberzweig office, is clean and the staff is friendly and courteous .

Unprofessionally and very unfriendly receptionists/ nurses. Poor responses all the time when I asked question. I would not recommend this clinic at all.

THE WORST reception ever. She must leave the clinic if she hates her job. Even she hates her job doesn’t mean its okay to be rude to patients. There are two females at the reception. The Asian girl was a bit nicer. But the other one? Big no to her.

I made an appointment, they took my insurance info and I was told that my insurance covers the test, upon arriving I was told to go into the room, after speaking with the doctor he left the room and I was told to undress, after waiting a half hour the nurse came in and tells me that they do t accept my insurance, after explaining that they even took my insurance I’d and checked if I am covered they said that I am, she said the doctor wants 600 cash, if I don’t have 600 cash he is not preforming the test, I was asking the the nurse that I wanna speak with the doctor, she refused, if I give the 600 the doctor will come back in. After arguing they told me that they will take my insurance but they want 350 in cash which I didn’t have. I ended up being undressed for an hour and after all NO TEST WAS PREFORMED. NEVER EVER WALK INTO THIS PLACE

I recently had an HSG test done with Dr. Silberzweig. I took antibiotics to prevent possibility of infection and took advil one hour before the test. The procedure lasted about a minute or less, painless and found the results right away -tubes not blocked. Dr. Silberzweig answered all my questions before the test, and explained what was happening during it. I can definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to have an HSG test.

I called on Friday 2/3 and asked if they do saline hysterosonograms. The receptionist said yes and I made an appointment. The day before my appointment, on 2/6, I received a call to confirm me for a HSG (not a SHS). I was puzzled and called back. The receptionist had NO IDEA what a saline sonogram is and said they don't do it. This is a time sensitive exam, tied to one's cycle. Now I have to wait weeks to do the test and my IVF cycle is canceled. I am appalled by the receptionist's incompetence.

I was sobbing in pain from a diagnostic test (HSG) and at no time did Dr. Silbersweig even acknowledge this.He just dictated notes and then disappeared.The front desk was also unfriendly. When I walked in, the person at the front desk ignored my hello and kept working on something in front of her.A few minutes later, she demanded my ID and insurance card without looking up once.I then had to fill out a series of forms that could have been emailed to me and duplicate the info I'd just given.
