Very caring and complete care

Dr. Sides is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I know from experience. He did both of my mother’s knees, her hip, and now he is providing medical care on a broken humerus in her left arm. He is caring and informative and his office staff are also great to work with.

Such a nice and personable Dr. very good feeling when you leave his office! Office staff is great too!

I LOVE Dr. James Sides.My entire family have been patients. I became a patient this year. I trust him and I know he treats me and all his patients the same way he would treat his own family. Patient ages range from my kids that went to him for sports injuries in high school up to senior citizens. What doctor cares enough to personally call the hospital radiologist. Dr Sides is amazing he always explains things to you and spends time with he is never in a rush. He did a parcel knee replacement on me a year ago. Dr Sides always let me make the final decision he never pushed me into surgery.

Dr. Sides was able to solve 2 issues that had plagued 4 other surgeons that wanted to operate on my back for pain shooting down my leg. During my first visit, he realized that the other diagnosis were completely wrong and my issue was arthritis in my hip. Instead of suggesting surgery, he provided an injection which immediately eliminated the pain I had been going through for 8 months and trying to live with, using pain killers. Not only did he diagnosis me properly but cured the problem, gave me alternatives with 1 office visit. This is how medicine should be practiced!

Dr. Sides is great, he did surgery on both my knees when I turned 18. It took awhile before I could walk from the 1st surgery, but he made sure I was getting the help I needed. My other knee surgery went great, I was walking in no time. He takes time to explain everything, and answers all your questions. If you need any orthopaedic surgery he is your guy. Dr. Sides is the best doctor I've ever had. He explains everything so well and he will talk to you and answer all your questions. He's just a great doctor. ????

Dr. Sides fought by my side when I needed knee surgery and wrote amazing letters when I had problems with BWC allowing me to get treatment for my injury. He is a great doctor and has always taken his time with me as far as explaining what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. His office assistant Cassie is amazing, very helpful and gets back with you when she says she will.

Dr.Sides has done two knees, 2001,2003, and a left hip, 2013 for me. his bedside manor and attentiveness is a big reason I go to him for all my orthopedic needs. I feel very comfortable talking to and discussing the problems I am having. He explains everything in simple terms. You just feel like you know what's going on when you leave his office. Plus he has the same great bedside manor after surgery. He's just a good guy. You will like him I promise.

Dr. Sides was, and still is an excellent surgeon that is upfront with all the facts. He is direct, doesn't sugar coat the ailment & advises his patients of all options before having to conduct major surgeries. At pre & post op sureries, Dr. Sides always talked with me about the procedure & then followed up with me in my room. He by far is the best suregeon I've had thus far & he makes me comfortable & has my complete confidence.
