Staff is rude, down right about the money and insurance billing. Won't allow you back if you miss payments due to unforseen circumstances. Do not recommend

I tried coming here on recommendation from others. Months out to see someone. I finally have the day of my appointment and the receptionist Amy says she can't find me on my own insurance. I am primary on my own insurance policy. I pulled up the UnitedHealthcare website and logged in showing her the member ID information on the website. She looks and says sorry I don't know what to tell you but if I am willing to pay out of pocket they will see me which would be $240.00 just to see them plus the cost of labs which start at $400.00. They try to come off like they care more about people than a traditional doctor. They do not, they only care about money and that was very obvious from the start. If I could give zero stars I would. The best doc in the Tri cities.

Busy office, comfortable waiting area, multiple options and avenues to improve health with both traditional medicine, as well as more holistic approaches, including acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, etc. If you want something different than medicine being thrown at you, you want to know more about your labs and why they are what they are.... I have been a patient here for almost for almost 8 years. They have excellent doctors and staff and offer multiple Integrated Health services on site.

Dr. Schrenker has been compassionate with my parents, DeWitt and Barbara Hurst. The office manager was quick to respond when we needed and Amy in the office went the extra mile to connect us to the right people to get home health they required. She even called one evening to update me knowing it was the weekend. . I was a patient of his for a few years or so and he seemed like a nice, good MD until he turned his back on me and intentionally told me to use a strong bleach solution on a slow healing wound I had on my lower leg from a biking accident. This gave me a chemical burn that took weeks to go away. I believe he knew better and intended to hurt me, and for this I don't even feel he deserves one star. If I could, I'd give him 0 stars. This place is a joke. At 1st thought this was the best Dr office I had been too in years. But they are just like all the other Dr's in our area, only care about that dollar not the patients. They claim I owe money I don't owe. I kept all my receipts and records and they claim I still do even after showing them I do not. This place is a joke, all they want to do is give you vitamins instead of real meds to treat your medical condition, and then hit you up for their over price vitamins when you check out, and they also try to sell you books on how crystals can heal you and their crystals to go along with the book. Last time I checked that was witchcraft. Save your time and keep looking for a Dr that actually cares about his patients and not the dollars. This place is a joke. Nice friendly staff and Dr Schrenker takes as much time needed to address your complaint.

The whole team is phenomenal! I have never felt so comfortable going to the doctor.

Dr. Schrenker has a fantastic sense of humor in addition to a no B.S. approach to my health. I believe he truly has my best interest in mind.

Dr. Schenker and Nurse Practitioner Shelly Bullock are exceptional. I have had diversified medical needs over many years. I so appreciate the level of knowledge and sincere interest these two exhibit.

Dr. Schrenker is absolutely wonderful. I’ve had problems with my weight and didn’t understand why I had so much trouble losing any, and any time I’ve talked to other doctors about it I’ve always been told “eat better and exercise” with no plan, but Dr. Schrenker sat down with me and explained what I needed to do specifically for my body to get my health turned around without just writing me a prescription. Thankful to have a doctor that cared more about my well being than just putting a band aid on my issues.

Dr Schrenker is a physician we trust. Very good man. Truthful, caring, trustworthy, smart and likable.

My wife and many friends see Dr Schrenker. They like him as a physician quite a bit... but what’s up with the office there? All these bad reviews seem to be a reflection of the staff.... I’ve had an intake appointment scheduled for months. They said they would send a reminder... they DID NOT. And now they won’t let me make another appointment because sometime recently (since I first made the appointment) they enacted a new policy that if you miss an appointment you’re out. They never mentioned this at time of scheduling and I repeat they DID NOT send a reminder. I own my own business and answer my calls and messages religiously. I sure did get the message today about missing this appointment that I scheduled MONTHS ago.

Have been trying to get my medical record from this office for quite sometime. They have deleted my email so I am no longer able to access the portal. I owed less that 100 dollars and banned from office. Not sure this is how you should do business.

Due to an accidental toxic exposure, I had been required to use oxygen for years with obvious limits to my lifestyle. I look very young and am very active so people would look at me sadly, assuming I had COPD from smoking. I have practiced a healthy nutritional protocol and lived a holistic, healthful lifestyle for decades, so Dr. Schrenker's multi-faceted approach made him an obvious choice for my primary care physician. Instead of pushing pills, working together, we identified nutritional and mineral deficiencies. As we corrected those, I stopped needing oxygen. What life changer! I recommend him to anyone who is willing to step up and take responsibility for living in a healthful way and doing the personal work necessary to maintain health. Best doctor. He is caring and takes his time with his patients. His office staff is wonderful. We love getting to see Amber when we arrive. Dr. Schrenker has been there for our family for over 10 years and has helped us through several illnesses. We could not ask for any better. He has been a blessing to our family. He always looks beyond the symptoms to find the root of the problem. Highly recommended.

Dr. Schrenker is a wonderful doctor ! His front end staff is very rude ..do they know who writes their pay check ...if patients don't go through the front door ...they don't get paid ...in my opinion the office manger is allowing this to happen ...Dr. Schrenker knows how rude they are too...he should not let this be happening...to his patients...

I had an appointment with the doctor this morning. They said they needed my insurance card, old one was no good, told them I forgot my wallet and glad to text back to them. No, I would have to pay in full or I cannot see the Dr. (no wallet, I was I to pay them) I said I had been coming here for over 10 years and because I didn't have my insurance card I cannot see the Dr. Correct. I told them, I will find another doctor. I treated them as family and took cookies at Christmas and thank them.

Honestly, he was an awesome doctor when I first started seeing him a couple of years ago, but now I'm wondering if it was all fake or he's just gotten money hungry. I used to be able to get an appointment with him easily but now I've not been able to see him since March despite having back issues that he ignored in March. He won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call after his staff messed up and didn't schedule my appt. Now I have to wait til Dec even though it was his staff's fault?!

Has made huge improvements for my families health. Prefers using homeopathic first over big pharma. A+++

He is the best doctor I've ever had, known him for many years. The nurses and staff are efficient and helpful. He's a straight forward person, but but compassion.

DR. SCHRENKER IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND THIS OTHER PERSON IS CLEARLY CRAZY...

The front staff is rude and does a poor job of scheduling. His main goal is to get every patient on a plant based diet and this is supposed to fix everything. His wife is the nutritionist he will gladly set up an appointment for her to help you get started. His FNP is not exactly what I would consider professional and after one visit with him that is who you see. I did not feel they really cared if I felt better or not they just wanted me to come in every 3 months to run more blood work.

Dr. Schrenker is the most down to earth, caring and knowledgeable family practitioner we've ever been to. He has helped find the root of several issues which were dismissed by other practitioners. I can't more highly recommend this good man.

I believe he knew better and intended to hurt me. He's a stinking rat, a liar, and a wimp, and I'll tell him to his face if I ever get the chance. He betrayed me when I was in danger of getting osteomyelitis.
