James Leslie Ruble

Dr.Ruble bed side manner is the very best you could ask for. He listens to me and understands me and my issues. He's staff is very polite and go out of their way to help you.

He is a great doctor and his staff is wonderful

We use to really like Dr. Ruble, but he's short sighted. Rarely finishes answering questions, then leaves the office to never return. Won't be back!

My whole family sees Dr. Ruble and we would not want to go anywhere else. His staff is amazing, sweet, and professional. You never have a long wait, and Dr. Ruble explains things in a way that you can understand without making you feel dumb. You can tell that everyone there cares, and that is not something you find often.

I’ve not written a review for my husband’s past visits but today I will. I will say everyone is nice at the office but that is about it. Dr. Ruble is supposed to be my husband’s primary Dr. His office seems scatter brained. They tell me they will contact me and then don’t, (regarding procedures outside of his office). When I call I have to explain the situation several times to different people. It appears no one seems to know, so they tell me another person will call me back. I never receive the call back. It’s a revolving door. At our appointments we are usually the only couple in the waiting room, so it seems they are not busy but I don’t know what happens behind their closed doors. Also, after having a procedure done, I’ll get a reminder from their automated texting function that it is time for that procedure. This leads me to believe that if he is the primary dr that schedules the procedures with other dr’s then once the procedure is done, his office does not update the patients records. Today was the kicker when he called to get an emergency appointment and they couldn’t see him. Time to find a new dr. I’ve not written a review for my husband’s past visits but today I will. Dr. Ruble and his office staff are the best! Everyone is always friendly and they take great care of us!

It was great Dr. Ruble is ones of the best and caring doctors that I have ever been aquatinted with ,he go beyond the call of duty to make sure that his patients is taking care are.

His assistant's and office personnel are curtious, professional with no long wait time . Dr. Ruble is the best. He is never in a rush and always friendly.

Great doctor very caring

Best doctor around Mobile area. Patient and listens to everything! My daughter never felt rushed and was set at ease. He is the first doctor she has felt comfortable with and had confidence in. Also minimal wait time and was easy to schedule and appointment with.

Very professional and personable. Will sit and talk. Office staff helpful and personable too!

Dr. Ruble is very kind and caring. He has helped my husband many times and I have recently seen him myself. He was willing to sit and listen to me and make sure my needs were met. His nurses are also very sweet. The only reason I have given 4 starts is because of the clinic its self. The front desk ladies are very short with you. They act like they have better things to do than to help you. However Dr. Ruble 100% makes up for their lack of caring and I will continue to go to see him when needed!

Dr. Ruble is my doctor for 10+ years. I trust him he makes sure I understand every issue and always listens to what ales you at the time no matter if you cut yourself or if you have feeling your not quite sure of. I highly recommend Doc Ruble.
