James Rossetti

I have worked in medical field for over 25 yrs and have never met such a compassionate provider. Dr Rossetti diagnosed me with “incurable” cancer 1/4/22 and began aggressive treatment protocol. He listened to my quality of life goals and helped me reach them without stem cell harvesting. Now happy to say, I have been in remission and off ALL meds since August 2022. I am so grateful that God led me to Dr Berthold who led me to Dr Rosetti and his clinical team: Miranda, Lori and Emily at the Hillman cancer center ❤️????????

He's fantastic.. Very genuine.. Caring.. Compassionate.. As is all who works with him at Hillman Cancer Center

This man saved me and my neighbors life. We both came down with 2 different forms of cancer within 4 years. He is a true professional with and master in his field. I would recommend Dr. Rosettti to anybody, he truly cares about his patients. Thanks Doc love you bro

Best doctor I’ve come across. Living with MPN is horrible. Having a doctor with his knowledge and compassion makes it a lot easier. Wouldn’t even think of seeing a different doctor.

My spouse has seen Dr. Rosetti since being first diagnosed with MDS over 5 yrs ago. We travel from Louisville, KY annually to see him (in addition to regular appointments with our local hematologist). He keeps up on the medical literature & research and has provided critical input for each treatment decision we've made. He has worked well with our local hematologist. Dr. Rossetti saved our daughters life. He talked to us in a caring and professional manner and he always answered our questions. I thank God everyday that he was and is my daughters doctor when she was diagnosed with accrue myeloid leukemia.

Dr. Rossetti takes the time to listen, always explains things understandably, goes above ans beyond to investigate treatment and clinical trials

I just love Dr Rossetti. He is extremely smart and a very compassionate man that put me at ease right away. He spent time listening to me as well, never rushed our visits. There should be more doctors like him!

HE'S THE BEST. Saved my life from multiple myeloma. I"m over 10 years past diagnosis and doing great. Dr Rossetti is at the Hillman Cancer Center in Shadyside now.

He's a very compassionate and kind doctor. He even called us from his vacation to tell us results from a test. Very positive and always willing to talk things out and explain what's going on. I would highly recommend him!

I find it very difficult to engage Dr. Rossetti in a candid, patient-driven conversation about treatment options. I typically wait nearly two hours for a rushed visit.
