I was recommended by a few people to see Dr Romanelli for a breast augmentation once I was there my mind was made up …I was so nervous about this decision but Dr Romanelli and his amazing staff listened to wat I wanted and helped me what would be best for my body type…and boy he nailed it ????????… my outcome was exactly wat we discussed and it looks amazing I’m so thankful to Romanelli and his staff ????????

Dr. Romanelli was recommended to me by a friend. I must admit I was very nervous about having cosmetic surgery. I wanted to enhance my facial appearance, without looking 'different'. Dr. Romanelli's demenour, and gentle manner immediately put me at ease. He patiently listened to me and we discussed the outcomes I wanted to achieve. He carefully explained everything that I needed to know. I wanted a facelift and neck lift. He also recommended that I do my eyelids, as part of a rejuvenation, which I did as well. My surgery went very well. Michelle the nurse stayed with me overnight and was an angel. I had virtually no pain post up. I had minimal swelling and bruising during my recovery period. Within 2 weeks I was back to normal activities. Dr. Romanelli far exceeded my expectations. I looked better than I imagined I would. He and his staff are all exceptional. My experience has been amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. He is kind, gentle, patient and most importantly highly skilled. Dr. Romanelli and team were extremely kind and gentle through the whole process. The staff was very supportive, always willing to answer questions and give support where needed. Had surgery done by Dr Romanelli on December 14, 2021, which was by far the best decision I have ever made in my life. Originally a 40H, turned into a 38 double D in a matter of hours and nothing but an uncomfortable but painless two week postop period. If you’re searching the web for an experienced professional with great bedside manner and a knowledgeable in practice/ reception then this is your calling. I couldn’t say enough great things about my Brest augmentation! The surgeon was knowledgeable, and executed the job as perfectly as humanly possible. I’m going to recommend Dr R to everyone in need of plastic surgery. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

I went for a consultation with Dr Romanelli who was the nicest man ever. He explained everything and was amazing up until it was time to deal with the coordinator Jessica. She informed me that there was no consultation fee but I was required to leave an $800 deposit and just pick a random day for surgery. I explained to her after finding out I needed 2 weeks of downtime that I had children at home and needed to check my calendar in order to be able to proceed. I told her I needed to figure out accordingly how to take my downtime. She then proceeded to tell me that if I did not leave the $800 deposit and decided to call back for a later date I could be charged $10,000 on top of what I was already quoted. I told her that I was feeling very pressured and did not like how she was making me feel. She then told me that this office was not the place for me. She had no empathy or understanding of my situation with children at home. If she would have just taken the time to be helpful rather than just charge me $800 she would have known that I was going to pay in cash for the whole procedure. Unfortunately the doctor seemed amazing but I will not be doing business there because of her. After struggling for many years with large breasts, which caused terrible backaches, I went to Dr.Romanelli on a recommendation. I could not be any happier with the results! It’s been over a year so it’s about time I wrote my review... I went to Romanelli at a really hard time in my life, wanting a reduction. He was so kind, calm and collected throughout the entire process, it made me feel so comfortable knowing that this wasn’t going to be a stressful or scary undertaking for him, he knew what he was doing and has a lot of understanding as to what his patients want even when they can’t put it into words sometimes. His coworkers were also very kind, the receptionists as well, everyone seemed to be well organized with a good memory. Everyone was very communicative with me, addressed any concerns I had along the way too. Surgery went well, he was very cool and collected, eased my stress. And everything came out looking amazing at the end of it all. The process of healing was a lot more intense than I thought it would be, I was not prepared for that, and I would’ve went smaller, but that’s no ones fault. I’m just so grateful I was able to go to him, wouldn’t have went to anyone else for something of this magnitude. It’s been 2 months and I can say I’m incredibly happy with my results! I've wanted a reduction for about 20 years, but put it off because of fear. Other doctors had told me the surgery would take approx. 5 hrs. Because of Dr. Romanelli's extensive experience and the techniques he uses, he was able to do my surgery in only 3 hours - much less time under anesthesia! During the entire process, Dr. Romanelli and his staff were so informative and helpful. They kept me so well informed every step of the way that I was very comfortable with the entire procedure. I’ve struggled with social anxiety and weight depression almost my entire life. I can officially say at 39, it’s a thing of the past. Dr. Romanelli renewed my life. It all started approximately two years ago with breast reduction surgery. I was experiencing a lot of neck and back pain along with body depression. I heard a commercial for Dr. Romanelli and thought a consultation couldn’t hurt. His office is located approximately 45 minutes away but I instantly felt like he was such a genuine doctor via his commercial. Do you know how you get a feeling on something, I am so extremely happy I went with my gut on this. It was then then I realized I was entering a practice that I would forever be a part of. The doctors, the nursing staff, the reception staff and the staff at Huntington Hospital where I had my procedure(s) done we’re all truly amazing. They walk you through the process and that process literally comes to life. Dr. Romanelli is a true professional. He did excellent work on my tummy tuck, breast augmentation and eyelid surgery. I am very happy with the results. He is caring, committed to patient education and comfort and very skilled. He was very gentle with the procedure. I had almost no bruising anywhere. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Romanelli for my care. His staff is amazing. The on-site surgical suite was a true bonus as I didn’t have to go to a hospital. I stayed overnight after the surgery with a nurse to take care of me. The preop calls, literature and information were very helpful. The postop follow up was great. Very pleased with breast reduction. Dr. Romanelli has the best bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. The procedure was more than I could have hoped for. I suffered from migraines before the procedure, and have not had one since. The surgery was scheduled super quickly and everything was completed in a timely manner. The entire staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They always made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process. I was well informed about the procedure before the scheduling date and always had my questions answered. I would have done it sooner if I knew how easy it would be with Dr. Romanelli!

Once you meet Dr. Romanelli you will immediately fall in love with him and look no further. His bedside manner is amazing. I instantly felt so comfortable with him. You tell him what you want and he knows exactly what to do! After breast surgery, I didn’t even need pain medication. Dr. Romanelli is hands down the best around.

From the moment I walked into my consultation to the very end and now 3 weeks post op I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Romanelli and his staff! The staff was really friendly and helpful during appointments and over the phone. I had Jessica as my appointment coordinator and she was extremely helpful! Due to my job I wanted to get my procedure done as fast as possible! I was able to go to my consultation and exactly one week later they squeezed me in to have my procedure! Their flexibility was impressive due to someones cancellation. Every time I visit the office there is never a wait time which is great! I have always been seen right away and have seen Doctor Romanelli many times throughout my pre op and post op appointments. Unfortunately I had an infection in one of my incisions but was able to call and FaceTime their other surgeon to show him what was going on. He instantly prescribed me some antibiotics and cream and scheduled me for an appointment quickly for the next day to see them! My infection has since gone away and my results are perfect! There’s so many wonderful things I can say about Doctor Romanelli that I cannot possibly fit it in one post. He performed a breast reduction for me along with removing a fatty mass benign tumor in the process. He is so attentive and truly listens to what you’re looking for. Dr. Romanelli and his team have forever changed my life! I got my Breast Reduction done with him in December 2020 and it was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had. From start to finish everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I filled out the “Contact Us” form on their website. Jessica got back to me within a day to send me more information, verify my insurance and set up my consultation. During my consultation, Dr. Romanelli examined me and took measurements of my breasts. They both made me feel very comfortable, completely safe, and agreed that this was something I needed to get done. I am 22 years old, 4’11” in height, 115lbs in weight and my bra size was a 32DDD. I had the mommy makeover-abdominoplasty without the liposuction and a breast augmentation performed by a different surgeon that was practicing here and left the practice to start his own practice in Smithtown.. since he was finally eligible to go off on his own after performing the necessary surgeries mandated by New York State to become a board certified plastic surgeon.. and even though my before pictures look ok my after results are somehow worse...uneven breasts and a large red keloid circular scar around the far outside of my belly-button that is very very noticeable ( yes the surgeon cannot help how the patient is going to scar since everyone scars differently but he can help the placement of the scar). Pick your surgeon wisely after dealing with not only the poor results I also had to deal with the ill treatment from him of being treated horribly by the surgeon. Which I would have been ok with him not being able to give me the results I desired If only I was treated with respect

I had the best experience at Dr Romanelli's office. The staff was wonderful from day. They are very caring . Dr Romanelli took out my infected implants that were put in from another office. He always put me at ease. He constantly maintained my health over the year. When it was time to put in new implants, he guided me in choosing the right size for my frame. I was treated by him for breast reconstruction following mastectomy. If I could rate him zero stars, I would. The symmetrical lift surgery done on the other breast left me with a misshapen- not even having a breast shaped - breast. Bras don't fit right, what was once a breast is now just a long continuation to my back. I had an infection after surgery that lasted 6 weeks. When I told his staff, after several weeks, that I didn't feel well, to the point I couldn't even read, the reply was, "we don't know why you can't read." Having had an infection for so long, prevented proper healing, which resulted in large scarring. Dr. Romanelli never saw me for one post-op appointment, only his assistant. The reconstructed nipple, skin graft on the implant side, was lopsided. When the mastectomy side drain was being removed, he didn't disengage the suction on the bulb, the pain from the drain being pulled out of me, suction engaged, was excruciating. True story. I went for an eyelid in January. For the past 2 years my eyelids were making me look older, and very tired . I swent to Dr. Romanelli for a consult, and he made me feel very comfortable and not nervous. Now when I look in the mirror i feel pretty again. I can not say enough good things about Dr Romanelli, his Team, and his practice. I visited with Dr Romanelli for my Breast Reduction surgery. After meeting with him at my consultation, I felt instantly confident that he was the surgeon to choose. His bedside manner is impeccable and he really made me feel like my feelings, concerns, and desired outcome mattered. He took the time to talk me through the procedure at each step of the way - consult, pre op, day of surgery, and post op. I am truly thrilled that I choose Dr Romanelli. I am currently 16 days post op and could not be happier with my results - they are absolutely perfect! He personally called me the night after the surgery to check in and see how I was doing, he even let me know that he had hung up the photos I brought with me to use as references in the OR to be sure that I get exactly what I wanted.
