Dr. James William Rodgers

Dr Rodgers is a good guy but his staff is awful and made my visit unreal. Lied to my job saying I could have worked after 8 teeth removed gum and bone surgery and six screws implanted. Oh and talk to me like I had a tail. Now I have six screws paid $2500 cash insurance paid $2500 and no implants. That like having a Mechanic take your car apart after that know one what’s to work on it after that. Three years later still no teeth. Thanks it really made my life so wonderful to not be able to smile and laugh with others without being the joke. Middle finger.

My experience with Dr Rogers was Good awful. Can't say who was worse ,him or his receptionist! He left me with unattaced screws, screws in sideways, and now have a broken piece with an exposed screw. One dentist now wants $25,000 to redo after already paying $ 25,000 the first time.

I cannot recommend Dr Jim Rodgers highly enough. He is very straightforward in his approach and goes above and beyond to work out a financial plan for his patients to get the dental work needed, removing the intimidation factors that often coincide. I by far trust him more than any other dentists I've ever seen, and there have been many in my 49 years!

I have had nothing but problems with Dr. Rodgers, his office staff and his lab. He used the wrong abutment (hardware) on my first implant crown. As a result, it was not seated properly and became loose- twice. Then, his office mistakenly billed my insurance for work not done on another tooth. A second implant crown on a different tooth was the wrong shade, even after being re-glazed. Would not recommend!

Dr. Rodgers is a highly skilled and very caring dentist. His prices are very reasonable.

He gave me 4 implants and then made me use my old false teeth for over a month of pain an embarrassment. His final plate was supposed to clip onto the posts. Worked for a while and then broke. I had to go elsewhere to make a proper permanent appliance. Dr. Rogers refused to answer my correspondence.

I have mixed emotions so far. The process has taken significantly longer than originally explained to me but I do understand that Dr. Rodgers wants me to be fully satisfied. I'm confident that the end result will be worth the wait. Dr. Rodgers has been a peach. He's so professional, kind and friendly. I wish his Office Manager would take after him in that regard. everyone said i would need a new crown but with great skill Dr. Rodgers fixed my crown and saved me a ton of money! I cant thank him enough.

In process of completing the dental implant procedure. Very pleased with Dr. Rodgers and staff. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. Came by recommendation from Edwin Smith, my friend.

very very disrespectful front office staff. condescending and out right rude. will never go to this practice again.

Had initial (first) implant work done March 2017 with follow-up and completion June 2017. Now I'm smiling more frequently and openly as hoped! I too was a little nervous, but everything went smooth. I'm scheduling the 2nd and final implant today with Dr. Rodgers and staff. He's not the most personable and you might feel like he's got other things on his mind when you go see him, but he probably does. He did however, provide and deliver quality dental care at a fraction of the price.

Came to Dr. Rodgers under distress. Dr. Rodgers reassured me and I had a great outcome! Highly recommend Dr. Rodgers.

You get what you pay for. Now I'm getting his work fixed. Rude front office. Won't file insurance, and back office argued over me while in the chair. Just don't.

came in nervous and skeptical....walked out happy and delighted! from the office manager Lyette, to the dental assistant Cindy to Dr. Rodgers, I felt listened to and cared about. will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dr Rodgers is amazing! He's thorough, highly professional and the best dentist ever!

I went to CCDI and the first appointment went as described, he did the X-ray and we developed a plan. The next appt was bad, I told him I wasn't numb he continued anyhow. I felt him drill into my gums, he continued. This was just the beginning, the office manager was completely uncooperative and several times argued with not only me but dr Rodgers. She told me several times she filed the bill and my insurance isnt paying. My ins said they didn't file a claim. Very uncooperative beware!!!

Dr. Rodgers did a wonderful job fixing a broken rotting tooth that I had. I will recomend him to everyone I know.

This is by far the best dental experience I ever had. I found Dr. Rodgers to be informative, thorough, detailed, and fair. He really wanted to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I was really excited and a little scared heading into my implant placement today. The staff made me comfortable and then Dr. Rodgers performed the procedure more quickly and easily than I had imagined. Now I can hardly wait to show off!

So far, the dental work has been handled as planned. However, there is something bad in the business office. They state they have filed claims, when they have not done so - I work for one insurance company that they keep claiming they have filed claims, but they have never done so. When I challenged on this and the insurance co challenged them to fax claim while they watched, they refused. Instead mailed claim to me to fax in myself.

If you have to go to the dentist, come here. The entire office staff are professional, welcoming and patient focused. Wait times are short and the dental care is exceptional.

The best service and price, first time I have been to the dentist and had no pain. The price was the best I could find also.
