My experience at the office was very positive. Staff was friendly and timely. I found Dr. Roberts to be very attentive, willing to listen, interested in my issues, knowledgeable and expressive in answering questions and explaining the technical details of my medical condition and methods to be used for resolution. He was "down to earth", patient with my concerns, not in a hurry and wanted me to understand his explanations. He made drawings and used the computer images in his explanations.

Found him to be unprofessional. Office staff also very confused and poor at communicating with each other. Hard to set appointments and schedule procedures.
