Went once for a cleaning. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I could hear him yell at his staff. He was rude and rushed when he checked my teeth.

I’m 20 years old and I’ve had this dentist my whole life and I’ve never had a cavity! Sad to see him retire but expected since my dad who would be 56 this year also went to him as a child and had no problems with cavity’s either.

Dr. Roberts is a no nonsense dental provider. A breath of fresh air from my last dentist who was in it to make money to retire. I endured at least 15 crowns and root canals. If you want to go to a provider that will tell you what you want to hear don't go here. I'm so sick of dentists just out to make money. This man has my respect. DO NOT GO HERE!!the best way i can describe this man is to say..... Hes like that grandpa every person has thats always really angry and grouchy and thinks he can say and treat anyone anyway he feels like... dr. roberts is extremely unprofessional, rude, hateful, and wreckless! he yelled at his assistant infront of everyone, and he also belittled me and made me feel absolutely horrible. hes also NOT GENTLE AT ALL! Dr. Roberts has more years of experience then many of other dentists. There are not any frills, flat screen TV's or other extras. It is just about the teeth. Say you go in for a cleaning but have a cavity turns out. More often then not they will fill it right then which avoids more office visits which means less per visit co-pays for me. Infact they discuss if anything is not covered in full by insurance and let us decide. Excellent accounting and bill process. Easy to keep track of anything you may need. He left a piece of tooth in my mouth, and it's not a kid friendly dentist, I am finding a different one for sure.

I have never set foot in this establishment, and they are trying to take me to court for a bill that is obviously not mine. They tried a year ago to get me to pay it. I thought we had resolved this matter then. "Fraudulent billing."

Horrible experience!!! Will NEVER go back! He was so rough and rude and I lost one of the fillings he put in within a month of getting it! I would have given him a zero but that wasn't an option! I won't even get into the whole story but I'm cautioning anyone who reads this, choose your dentist WISELY!

Dr. Roberts was careful and diligent about taking care of my broken tooth. He has lots of experience, He's likable.

Bottom line... A cap feel out while I was eating a sandwich a year after the procedure and broke my tooth which is now causing a great deal of pain. The care was less than desirable as well and my sister will agree we felt like test subjects being dissected .. We will NEVER go back.

Dr. Robert's should have been reported years ago to the state dental association for his unethical procedures and unethical billing practices. I had a couple of friends that used Dr. Roberts and were sued in small claims court. The bill shown in court had trumped up charges on it and the office staff blatantly lied in court. Judge wouldn't listen and court records show the Judge always rules in favor of this dentist. Over the years, Dr. Robert's has also fired many of his staff because they would not lie for him or participate in his unethical practices. I have personally heard him demean, criticize, and denigrate his staff and his patients. I would not send even my worst enemy to go to this guy. If he's a God fearing man, I hope he knows that he and those that have enabled this evil man will have to answer for their actions one day.
