I was there for a while, but there was a lot for them to do. It was very well tended to and Dr Richardson and the entire staff treated me respectfully and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were very nice and personable. Dr. Richardson was very professional and I liked him a great deal. I would see him again

I waited a long time past my appointment to even see anyone. Was told after waiting a good hour the Dr. Richardson got called into surgery. I was blindsided when the ER told me I have an ascending thoracic aortic aneurysm and then Dr. Richardson wants to do another CT scan in 6 months because it's not at 5cm (just a tad below). I'm scared, it's my heart and people die or have strokes because of aneurysms and I felt NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER. ... I'm currently looking for a doctor in Nashville that will be more compassionate. Everything went ok

The office girl was very nice and everything she tell me what to fill out the paperwork. And the Dr Richardson was nice and he told me everything what I need to know about my health care. Thank you

Loved Dr Richardson! Very thorough exam. Spent an hour explaining his decision. Very happy with his diagnosis. Got into exam room on time. Actually pleasant doctors visit

Office was very efficient. Dr. Richardson took the time to listen to my concerns. Did test while there so I didn't have to take more time off work. He is very knowledgeable and willing to offer non surgical advice. I highly recommend!!

Dr Richardson took the time to explain my options and checked on another problem that would slow down healing from a diabetic ulcer I have. He has operated on me and also my husband.

Doctor Richardson did surgery on me 5 years ago. Needless to say he saved my life. No where will you find a better surgeon. To sum it up, caring and compassionate.....

I arrived about 30min. Prior to scheduled time for the purpose of filling out paperwork. A lady came into the room and examined my leg. I do no recall her name. Dr. Richardson came in briefly to say what was next. After the ultrasound we came back to the exam room. Dr Richardson then explained the problem and the treatment. Dr. Richardson and his staff are the very best. He was my Vascular surgeon back in 1998 and our General Surgeon for 3 other surgeries in the late 90's and early 2000's. His Office staff has changed through the years, but the level of courtesy and professional support has not. Dr.Richardson was very informative an right to the point as to why I was there.

The nurses were nice an so was Dr James Richardson approved of my visit.

Had a very wonderful experience. Everyone including Dr. Richardson was very professional and very kind and friendly.

The oddice staff was efficient. Dr. Richardson is easy-going, knowledgable, listens well and explains things so the patient can understand!

My first visit with Dr. Richardson went great as he took the time to really listen and explore other possibilities before turning to surgery. I was greatly relieved and if surgery ends up being my only option I really feel I’m in great hands.

Dr. Richardson was absolutely wonderful today. My grandfather's appt was actually yesterday and we thought it was today. He gladly offered to see him after our mistake of messing up the date . That doesn't happen everyday! Thanks to you and your office staff for seeing us today and making it a pleasant experience!!!

Good, like the man easy to talk to. My kind of doctor, I have hear so much about the Doc. Now that I have found another good Doc. he will eather retire or leave. Just my luck
