I don't think he knows what he's doing or he just plain doesn't care. He completely dismissed me and my issues. My husband also seen him and he ran all these test, claimed he had all this stuff in his medical file then later deleted notes later. He also said all these tests came back normal and in his chart they clearly say abnormal. He even called my husband on his personal phone. Hi P.A. is very nice but very misguided being under him.

Terrible! Rude! I would never see him again! He basically told me that the only reason I have migraines is because I’m too fat. He was so mean to me.

Dr. Ragland is a very thorough professional who takes the time to actually address patient concerns. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ragland is one of a kind! He listen to my patients, their fears and anxieties, and try to assure them and how to take care of themselves. He takes the time to "find" the problem and "fix" the problem and does not just put a band aid on it to get by. I always left like a person and never a number or a billable hour when meeting with Dr. Ragland. He always went over and above and exceeded my expectations as a person and as a doctor. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Ragland is one of a kind! I can honestly say he's one of the best physicians I have ever met and had for my care. He genuinely listens to understand, not just to respond. He is thorough, respectful, extremely intelligent, compassionate and reassuring. Dr. Ragland is the epitome of what all medical professionals should strive to be!

Since being diagnosed with possible PD 3 1/2 years ago, and seeing 4 different neurologists, Dr. Ragland is the best doctor yet! He is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with me at each appointment making sure I understand every detail. If there is something he is unsure of, you can be certain that he will research it! I couldn't be more impressed!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Ragland. He never makes me feel rushed, but rather that his time is mine during an appointment. He seems very thorough. I feel he truly wants to help me. He seems very knowledgeable and able to explain things in terms I can understand. I love his sense of humor. I don't think I have ever felt more comfortable in a doctor's office! Thank you Dr. Ragland. I am so glad to have met you.

I met with this doctor several times. Each meeting left me very upset with this so-called "professional's" lack of courtesy, his rude and self-important attitude. I am now seeing another neurologist.

In a critical area like neurology, you will not find a more thorough neurologist then Dr. James Ragland. A good listener, he takes the time needed to examine and test - all with a goal of giving the patient peace of mind. To quote a familiar phrase 'you are in good hands with Dr. Ragland'. He is a great neurologist, good teacher, and keeps himself very current with three certifications in various neurological fields and working on another at the time of this review. In my case I wanted (1) an answer to my symptoms, and (2) peace of mind ---- Dr. Ragland gave me both. He is the best, we are fortunate to have him in North Dakota.
