Dr. Pomposelli recently preformed a right trisegmentectomy to remove a 16cm tumor from my liver. My diagnosis was scary, fast, and unexpected, but from start to finish I felt safe and comfortable in his hands. He was direct and explained everything in a way that I could understand and I appreciated how he truly tried to prepare me for the difficult parts, while also giving me hope further down the line. I genuinely believe he saved my life and I am so grateful to have had him as the head of my surgical team.
He operated on my mum at Lahey hospital in Burlington, MA. His bedside manner was impeccable! My mum was in her late 70s at the time and, with Dr. Pomposelli’s help with flying color! Thank you, Dr. Pomposelli!
