Let me start by saying I’m petrified of going to the dentist. I was recommended Dr Pasternak’s office by a fellow denti-phobe and made an appointment. Every contact with the office has been exceptional- from the front office to hygienists and Dr. Pasternak himself. I need quite a bit of work done since I avoided dental care for many years and I highly recommend this team.

I have been a client of this Dentist for nearly 14 years. He and the staff treat me as a friend, not just a customer! They truly care about my teeth and at 70 years old, I can still smile with my own teeth!

Excellent Service. Dr. Pasternak is amazing! Diane is fantastic! Highly recommend them.

I have going to Dr. Pasternak for over 20 years now. Wow, time flies! Dr. Pasternak and his staff are always wonderful.

I've had such a great experience with Dr. Pasternak's team. After covid and a relocation I had been sitting on a infected cracked tooth for more than 8 months. They were very kind, thorough, worked hard to make everything work for me. I appreciate all of the care I received, and more than anything the extremely kind and caring help from Diane with appointments, billing, and helping me understand processes, etc. I've had such a great experience with Dr. Pasternak's team. Dr. Pasternak is a wonderful dentist! He is so experienced, professional and friendly. Who knew that going to the dentist could be fun? Diane in the office is also amazing, she is an angel! Laura, the dental hygienist, does a great job cleaning your teeth. Many thanks guys!

In the time of COVID-19 it is important to know a dental office is safe. My recent experience was good. The staff all had ppe and no one else was in the waiting room when I arrived. The staff were very friendly. The dental work went fast and I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Pasternak and his dental office.

As always, this office operates at peak efficiency. From the office manager Diane (who is also a Dental Assistant and Hygenist) to Dr. Pasternak’s assistant Yolanda, to Laura the main Hygenist, everybody does their at the highest level ! Of course, Dr. Pasternak is the genius behind this well run office. Everybody knows all the patients names and treats all the patients with the utmost respect. Another point that is often overlooked, the staff treats each other with the utmost respect. You know when you are at a place of business and the entire staff treats each other with respect then you as a customer well receive the best treatment!!!

I was in and out in less than an hour, and was treated like Royalty (yes because I was fitted for a crown). The Doctor and assistants were both very friendly, and performed the procedure with little or no pain or discomfort! This is why I keep coming back!

My family have been going to see Dr. Pasternack for years and have recommended friends! My husband and I both needed a lot of work. Dr. Pasternack and his staff have patiently and gently helped up achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. And kept our 9 year old cavity free and happy to see the dentist. The doctor is amazing with seeing you through any dental anxiety and fear. He does everything possible to make your services as painless as possible and talks you through every step of the way. He never shames you or loses patience like many dentist do. I highly recommend see Dr. Pasternack for all your dental needs.

Dr Pasternak and his office staff are super friendly, efficient, caring, and great during emergency visits. Their office is always immaculately clean. I am grateful to Dr Pasternak and everyone in this office for taking care of our teeth since the mid 80’s. My treatment plan is almost finished and I’m glad they’ve helped me get this far! Office manager Diane is a wonderful human being! She has a heart of gold, and will help you anyhow she can by explaining everything regarding the procedure or insurance coverage and a payment plan if needed. Since we moved out of state, they have been very helpful by scheduling me with early appointments. Dr Pasternak is hands down the best dentist I know by delivering the highest quality dental care. Dr. Pasternak is a wonderful dentist. I oughtta know. A few years ago when my insurance changed, I had to switch to a dentist that took my (very limited) insurance. What a mistake. I would go to one on my plan, they would do a horrible job, and I'd have to find another. Oh, and they'd ALL overcharge me by thousands over my coverage. botch the job,and I'd have to start all over again. I'm also extremely anxious in any dentist chair, and some of those other guys did not have much of a reassuring "bedside manner", adding to my anxiety. So after a THIRD dentist botched a job on me, I came back to Doctor Pasternak. He's not just a wonderful dentist, Doctor Pasternak is a great guy! That's AS important as his talent as a dentist. Also, his entire staff are friendly and professional. They care as much about their patients as the Dentist does.

My whole family trusts their dental health to Dr. Pasternak. He is personable, friendly, caring and excellent at his work. His staff is friendly, caring, calming and so kind. Like many people, I have really bad dental anxiety. Dr. Pasternak and his staff have always been patient and nurturing when it comes to my visits. They have worked hard to make me comfortable coming in and dealing with routine work as well as repair and restoration. They have always helped me prioritize what needs to be done and work on a schedule that works for me financially. My experience with Dr. Pasternak and his staff have resulted in two very lax adults becoming vigilant regular dental patients. Dr. Pasternak and his staff have also made it such a good experience for our child. He does not have our fear of the dentist so he never misses a cleaning and loves to see the dental hygienist. What more could a patient ask for!

Allison Yen is a periodontist in the office. She is wonderful. My dentist wanted an opinion on a gum issue. Allison examined me and decided that nothing should be done at this point other than rinsing with a solution and then visiting her again in a couple of months.

Pricey, as always. Good cleaning, very thorough -- Laura is my favorite dental hygienist. They told me today -- first time in 15 years I'd ever heard them say this -- that they don't put fluoride on my teeth at the end of the cleanings -- I do 3 cleanings a year -- because my insurance doesn't cover it. (This is not true -- I don't even use dental insurance, and haven't in my 15 years with this dentist -- I've always paid in cash.) Today was the first day I had even heard about the fluoride option, and once I did I said, "Of course I want whatever treatment you think is best, whether or not I pay cash or through insurance. So please give me the fluoride." So all the past 15 years I've gone here they haven't been putting fluoride on my teeth at the end (assuming that has been the standard practice during that time)! They had never mentioned this fluoride option before today. It would be great if they could make a practice of ALWAYS offering clients what they think is best, not what they think clients can afford depending on whether or not they have dental insurance. And then always re-checking each time a patient has a treatment that the treatment options are not based on an assumption about the way the client might be paying.

Just want to say how grateful I am to Dr. Pasternak and all of his staff. I had apparently cracked a molar quite a while ago without realizing it and an infection was raging that I didn't realize I had. . . but last light it came roar into excruciating pain. I tried to make it go away thinking maybe I had strained my neck working out at the gym. By 4 pm in the afternoon I realized this was no neck strain. I went up to his office without an appointment in excruciating pain. He took me in right away and diagnosed the problem and had me pain free in literally minutes. Unfortunately it was a badly cracked tooth with infection that couldn't be saved. Dr. Pasternak and his staff stayed late to accommodate an emergency extraction. I'm bummed about the lost tooth, but very happy to be out of pain. Dr. Pasternak is a pro.
