Great care

Dr. Parsons is a wonderful doctor. He truly cares about me and my health and I trust him completely.

I'm a 20-year plus patient of Dr. Parsons. He has always been there for me. He was proactive in calling me during a cancer scare in 2002. He gets back to me quickly when I email him. He is available for appointments when I need them, but he also prescribes medications after an email or phone call when it is not necessary for me to come in for a visit. Since going with MDVIP, he has become more proactive and more available. I highly recommend him.

So long as you keep Dr Jim Parsons I’ll be a member of MDVIP. I consider him the best of the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parsons for about 30 years. His practice is wonderful. When you call the practice you hear a live, familiar, friendly, and helpful voice. There is always proactive action from that initial office administrator. If I request a nurse consult, there is either an immediate response or timely return call should they be with patients. In terms of patient care and manner, Dr. Parsons and his staff are attentive, discerning, and everything you could possibly expect and desire from medical providers. He is well connected with the Raleigh medical community and has given me very good referrals to specialists. Dr. Parsons treated my dad for many years too. Dr. Parsons expert care and discernment were helpful in extending the quality of my dad's life. Dr. Parson's seems to be intuitively gifted with medical discernment and uses it in his practice to offer treatments that are both affordable and effective for his patients. I appreciate and value the care his practice has provided for me and my family.

Dr. Parsons has been our Primary Care doctor for 46 years! He is always very professional, extremely attentive, caring, compassionate, and a good listener. He follows up lab results and scans with a personal phone call, and he has even returned my phone call while traveling in Portugal on vacation!!!! He is a fabulous physcian, and we are extremely pleased with the medical care and advice we have received from him these last 46 years! Cheers to you Dr. Parsons!

When Dr. Senter retired Dr. Parsons took over his practice and became our doctor. Dr. Parsons is kind and caring..he enters the room with "hello.. what's going on.whats so important is he listens and hears..sick patients get a daily phone call..if an appointment is critical..no problem..Dr. Parsons knows his patients and he takes care of his patients. Also his staff is exceptional and are very caring. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Parsons in our lives.

I just got a call letting me know this is a "concierge" practice now with only 500 patients and there is an $1800 a year enrollment fee. This is shameful and completely villainous. I am stunned.

Great doctor of mine for years. Then moving to a VIP model and charging $1800 per year to be a member of his. Very disappointing, only the rich can afford to go to him.

Absolutely the finest family practice bar none! Incredibly attentive staff!

Dr. Parsons is a fine doctor and usually always available exactly when I need him most! He also treats my Mom and Dad and they have been very happy with his service too. I would highly recommend him!

This practice refuses to adapt to the changing healthcare market. The normal front desk attendant is pushy and rude. The doctor himself is old fashioned and ignorant. Heaven forbid you should ever need prior authorization, this man will flat out drop you as a client.

Dr. Parsons and staff are outstanding in ALL ways! People at front are pleasant, helpful, and professional

I've been a patient for many years. I think he is simply the best. Wish there were more Dr.s that really cared for their patients the way he does!

Dr. Parsons is awesome. He and his staff have common sense which I am not sure is to common in the medical offices today. He is straight forward and open to any questions or suggestions. I feel so very blessed to be introduced to Dr. Parsons and his staff and will be with them for as long as possible.

Dr. Parons is the Best! He is what one would hope every doctor to be, but isn't. I am so glad a mutual friend arranged that we meet. His staff follows his example and are both friendly and accomodating.

Dr. Parsons and his staff are easily some of the best people period. His staff is always friendly courteous and willing to accommodate my needs. Dr. Parsons is extremely knowledgeable and will always make you feel better no matter if its a vaccination stitches or an emergency.
