Dr. Outland is really nice but he needs to get some new nurses!! They are so RUDE! In medical notes it say they gave "free" samples but yet they are charging you for them I guess they don't know the meaning of free. How are you going to be a "specialist" then tell me "it's to much to deal with" you just don't want to take the time to know your patience and take the time to treat them. Kind, thorough, caring, takes care of me very well.

This office was listed as approved provider under our plan on our insurance site. Our daughter who is a student at MSU called for an appointment. Office person was very rude and unhelpful. We ended up sending our daughter to a provider in Paducah. It was worth the drive. Most places in Murray are amazing, this one is a little too big for their britches. I Am still Awaiting my results of a Biopsy done on my leg from 4-5 yrs ago..in which his office tells me that I cannot obtain without paying my co-pay....I pray it isn't Cancer on my legs....!!

Told them what insurance I have when I made the appointment, waited 3 months to get in only to be told that day they don't take my insurance. Yes I specified it was a medicare plan when I made the appointment as Im well aware not all Dr"s accept it. I live out of town so they wasted my time and gas.

I had pretty intense anxiety about having moles removed, but Dr. Outland kept the mood light and did an amazing job keeping the experience painless.

He is the absolute best... in every way. Saved me, my grandson, and my best friend. He’s interested in the well being of his patients, not the bottom line. I trust him with my life!

My son was seriously injured at Dr Outlands office and I had to deal with the injury and repercussions for months afterward. I paid the emergency room costs and treatment after. Lady at front desk was very rude, they canceled my wife appointment without even confirming it with us. The doctor was fast and good but doesn't seem to care how things are ran in his office. Not friendly folks

Excellent doctor and staff.

If you have to make an appointment you will wait several months. Even if you have a suspected skin cancer. Receptionists is not very friendly, accommodating or willing to help solve this issue with the patient. Offered no alternatives (cancellation insert, etc.) and only mentioned other dermatologists when I specifically asked her. Could've cared less that I have an urgent issue. Take it or leave it attitude. Guess you can do that to people when you are the only game in town!

They do NOT take new patients with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO insurance or even if you want to pay cash! Is this discrimination?

Highly recommend! My husband has been a patient of Dr. Outland for over 10 years, driving 88 miles from Hopkinsville to be treated. Dr. Outland and his staff are a very knowledgeable, concerned and caring group always making us feel that we are in good hands.

I had two moles removed with no complications . One on my face with no scaring. Good Job!

I would highly recommend Dr. Outland to family and friends. He and his staff are exceptional in every way.

This doctor has a great personality. He is fast-moving, gives you a quick skin check and takes care of whatever you want done. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent experience! Very personable, honest doctor. I highly recommend you give him a try if you are in need of a dermatologist.
