I have been going to Dr Oullette for over twenty years and think he is a great doctor. One negative review mentioned checking the Internet during the visit. I think that is a positive. He as been willing to engage and discuss questions. In fact one year I had so many questions that he had to schedule a second visit to finish my exam. He did not even charge extra. I highly recommend Dr. Oullette. Unfortunately he is not accepting new patients.

Do not recommend. My hubby got a text from ProHealth stating his appt was cancelled. He knew he had one coming up with Dr. O. His office sent a bill because he didn't show up. We called the office to explain that we didn't forget but rather got a cancellation text. They said we do not send text messages. Ok but but your affiliation sent one to our phone. My hubby has never blown that practice off in all the years he was there. They spoke to the doctor and he was willing to lower the fee to 25. He has no customer service. He didn't care. He didn't consider that my husband does not have the slightest track record of blowing him off. And they overbook a lot. Many times we would sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before being seen. Where's our late fee? I understand they need to be paid but can we use our heads here and apply common sense? He should wave the fee to keep the relationship in tact. But no, the money was more important clearly or the teaching of a lesson. Common sense would tell you that this patient never does this and clearly our affiliates are sending texts (it clearly said Pro Health that's it) so obviously it was a mistake. Is there any grace given anymore? Life is hard enough. And on our end it's a matter of principal. As a patient, we never get to charge the doctor for lateness etc. But maybe we all should? Dr. Ouellette is a great diagnostician and well versed on the latest treatments. One of the best doctors in the central Connecticut area.

Rude doctor. Go elsewhere.

I'd give a zero if I could. Was googling stuff right in front of me. I can do that. That's not why I paid to see you. Additionally. You told me I had something I absolutely didn't have. When I called to follow up your nurse called me back and said that you already diagnosed me. Yeah. Incorrectly. Hence why I'm calling. Worst doctor I've ever seen.
