I’m completely happy with Dr Olson. He did both my hands and I go to him for other health issues. He’s in his own building and I’m for that. Miss Gina at the front desk is amazing sauce. Love this place.

I had surgery over two years ago, a total left knee replacement. For several years I suffered with pain 24/7 until Dr. Olson and Starling came into my life. I am pain free and can now do things that I could not even do for years like, exercise, ride my motorcycle, jog, walk play with my grandkids and so much more. I give all thanks first and foremost to my God in heaven who gave me the best doctors ever! Dr. Olson and Dr.Sterling I’m so grateful for you both, you are absolutely wonderful and loved. It’s so sad to see negative reviews, everyone has an opinion and we do have freedom of speech but, some are very selfish, thoughtless and unhappy. I give Dr.Olson, Dr. Starling a 10 star review! He Did The Greatest Job Of Fixing My Back, I Can Walk Again. So Happy.

Dr. Olson did my knee replacement three years ago. He and his staff have always taken excellent care of me. He explains any procedure thoroughly and always takes the time to answer my questions.

I absolutely love Dr. Olsen and Dr. Starling! However his front staff really need to get their act together and learn how to schedule appointments. More than 3x now my appointment times have either been changed without my consent, or given to me wrong. Is it really that hard to do your job??!

Dr olson is the best orthopedic surgeon I ever have been to and was so excited to have went to a person like him.

Dr Olson did surgery on my neck 3 years ago & im doing great!!! I am so happy with Dr Olson I would recommenced him, he is polite he cares & has great bedside manners. Thank you Dr Olson for fixing my neck!!!

Terrible, disregarding, degrading, 2 hours late to surgery, gives out prescription pain killers like they were candy. Does not follow HIPPA, is unprofessional. The staff was wonderful though.

I'm gonna have to say Dr Olsen is awesome and Alyssa is amazing.... But if I was able to not give any stars I would....that lady at the front has got to be the WORST person put behind a counter....pretty sad that Dr. O and Alyssa both apologized several times for her behavior and not to mention the two sets of customers that passed me and said "WTF"???? Dr Olson performed my knee surgery. He was wonderful. My surgery went smoothly and I recovered 100%. I would highly recommend him!

Dr Olson and his staff are incredible! Iv had nuthing but good visits and care. He did a scope on my knee. Thought I'd have alot of pain. But I really didnt. I will be seeing him again real soon after I get my MRI on my right knee. I would have been in alot sooner but have been dealing g with family passing away and going out of town! I highly recommend him!

I would give him negative stars if possible. He did a total knee on my in July. I spent months in pain. He dismissed my concerns and even laughed at me at one point. You can hear him and his staff talking about you and other patients while in the exam rooms. He dismissed me before 6 months I was still unable to bend my knee more than 65 degrees. Said there was nothing more he could do for me. I saw another doctor in Southern Nevada thankfully. He did a total knee revision and said the hardware Olsen used was the wrong size and aligned wrong. Olsen should have listened to me. I am now 6 days post op and in less pain than I ever was after Olsen botched it. And I am bending more than I ever thought I would be able to again. Want to be crippled go to Olsen. Or talk to almost any other patient and they can tell you how he botched their surgery. I would give him negative stars if possible. Stay away from Dr. Olson My mother had knee surgery 20 days ago, she ends up with complications, two times. The office cleans her, bandages her back up, and out the door she goes. But now she is in the hospital, because the knee is infected with mrsa. She had almost passed out in my doorway, and the hospital said if it would've gone through her system she wouldve died. If thats the kind of care you give to your patients, then I hope you lose your practicing license soon, so you don't hurt anyone else, or worse end up killing someone. Dr Olsen and Dr Justin have changed my life not only did her do my back surgery which turned out great they also gave me a new hip they are both great Dr they check on you regularly I recommend them to anyone with back problems any ortho concerns plus they both have a great bed side miner thank you Dr's for changing my life

I had knee surgery. And my knee feels so much better. Dr Olson and his staff are very Professional ! They take the time for your needs. Dr Olson takes his time with you and makes sure all of your Questions are answered! He doesnt rush you. I have had nuthing but good check ups and surgery with him. As with any surgery. There are always risks. Infections can set in. Along with other things. Its In The papers we sign about the complications of any. Dr. Olson cut accidentally cut a hole in my spine and then did not tell me about it causing my fusion to fail. I would never recommend him to perform surgery on any one. Because of this I am in excruciating pain and other specialist say it can't be fixed. My legs are numb and I am losing use of them. Thank GOD for Dr. Jim Olson! He fixed me and took excellent care of me after surgery. This man did absolutely everything within his power to help me. Don't believe any of these reviews until you meet him and his staff. He took care of my neck after multiple neurosurgeons rejected me because of my insurance. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Misdiagnosed my condition. . Preformed decompression on spine when I needed a hip replacement. When I told him the therapist thought I might have a hip condition he said it was a good as it gets.

Dr. Olson left me rotting in the rehab hospital for over a month while he was busy making sure I couldn't sue him. He completely misdiagnosed me and performed major surgery based on that misdiagnosis. As a result of Dr. Olson's negligence, I lost everything and was paralyzed for a very long time enduring the extreme pain that I went to the Sierra Regional Spine Institute for in the first place. This man has no sense of responsibility toward his patients, it's all about how much money he can make
