Dr. James A Odonnell

My son saw Dr. O’Donnell in the pediatric ER for a broken clavicle. He was very condescending in his tone and the words he used. Laughing while telling my son “you won’t be playing basketball now.”

He is condescending and barely spends any time with you & your child. Hardly asked us questions and then scoffed at our answers like we were idiots. He should not be in the pediatric ER where scared parents and young children need someone caring to help them through a scary time.

I was not very impressed with this doctor. I saw him because my baby was spitting up blood. Not only did it take over an hour to just be seen by a doctor, but he didnt even touch her. He asked if she was breastfed, which she was/is, and that was it. He flat out told me it was because there was blood in the milk and that I needed to start weening her. Let me be clear, there was no examination, there was no looking at her, or asking me any further questions. I was very disappointed! Never again!
