Dr. Mullins has great bedside manner, but his staff and appointment center is INSENSITIVE AND UNCARING of patients needs. Staff in Celebration acts as if you dont exist only their weekend plans. i was ridiculed and laughed at when trying to reschedule mammogram in Hunters Creek. we go nothing until March, and hung up on me!!!!! So i have a lump and discharge out of nipple and i need to wait 3 months. How sad, My needs were not met, and staff is to busy with weekend plans, or office chatter to make an appointment. Hey if its CANCER JUST WAIT UNTIL MARCH, maybe we can see you then. SMH.

Dr. J. Mullins is amazing in his profession! I’ve been under his care for about 20yrs. He is caring & has always made me feel completely comfortable. In 2018, he also performed my complete Hysterectomy, as I had a 6-8mm Fibroid, using The da Vinci Surgical System & the surgery was a perfect success. It would be a wonderful World if all Doctors had the caring & kind bedside manner as Dr. J. Mullins. I called for an appointment today & was heartbroken to hear that he has moved his practice from MI to Florida, which I would’ve known beforehand if I hadn’t canceled my last appointment & then this Covid year. He is going to be greatly missed by all of us, but it helps knowing that he is going to bring his outstanding professionalism to help & heal so many women in Florida. So I am happy for Dr. Mullins & all of his new patients who will for sure be thankful to have found such an amazing Doctor as so many of us had! I could go on, but I’ll end with Dr. J. Mullins is 100% an A+ Dr. & Human!

Thank you. Dr. Mullins. For discontinuing my care! Most unestablished, incompetent physician in the medical practice. He could not 'decide' how to end my suffering and he broke my trust I had established for him when I went to make my next appointment I was told to see another physician, unexpectedly. Thank you, entirely.

I am a new patient and have not been to a OBGYN for a while because I always feel uncomfortable, Dr. Mullins was GREAT. He answered all my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable even made me feel like me bleeding was nothing, just another day at work. He was amazing and now I have no problem going annually like I should. (50 year old postmenopausal bleeding)

Caring, good listener and very knowledgeable.

I was brought back within 7 minutes, he made me feel comfortable as a new patient and I finally got great news from him after years of awful doctors.
