Dr. Miller is no longer here. The doctor I saw here was excellent. Minimal waiting time, friendly staff, very thorough. I will be seeing him in the future for further care.

Did an unnecessary surgery and I still have the problem that I originally complained about which was supposed to be corrected during my surgery. I am going to have to have another surgery to correct what he didn’t do. Admin asst is super rude and not welcoming at all.

The woman in the front office is extremely rude and hateful. She makes you feel like you are a bother to her. I am considering changing doctors. I read a review where a patient brought her bad behavior up to the doctor and he ignored it. This makes me wonder about him if he allows her to be so rude to his patients.

I was referred to Dr. Miller and called to make an appointment. The Person who answered the phone was not very professional, Gabe me an appointment ,was ready to hang up without asking my name, i litterally had to remind her to take my name and the type of insurance i had. I showed up and didn't get seem cause they have me an appointment for 9 and no one showed up, after 30 minutes of waiting, i left. I have asked my doctor to referr me some where else. I went to see Dr. Miller to have a planters wart removed. When I saw Dr. Miller on Monday he thought for sure that he could get me back in on Friday to have the procedure done as we were just waiting on Tricare approval for the procedure. I called his receptionist on Thursday and she informed that she was still waiting on Tricare approval. When I further inquired on exactly what she was waiting on, she explained that Tricare had requested the Dr.'s notes and that "She had not had time yet" to send in his notes. She would send in his notes "Just as soon as she possibly could. I was in tears with her on the phone, literally, explaining to her my pain, and at this time she got very short with me and told me she would get it done as soon as she could. Needless to say, she didn't care! She assured me she would call me just as soon as everything was approved. The following Tuesday, everything was finally sent in and Tricare approved the procedure. This was seven days from the initial visit! Do you think she called me? NOPE! In another SEVEN days....so now TWO WEEKS from the initial visit, she calls me and tells me that everything is approved from Tricare. Ridiculous! So, I go to the office and confront Dr. Miller to let him know that this is how his patients are being treated. I literally feel like I have a nail in my foot! And, oh by the way, did I mention to you that I have Fibromyalgia too which intensifies the pain? Dr. Miller would only speak to out in front of everyone and honestly, didn't even care what I had to say! All he wanted was to blame everything on Tricare, oh, it was Tricare's fault that it took so long....Oh, you should fault Tricare! I tried to tell him that it wasn't Tricare's fault that his receptionist took FIVE days, that I was aware of....to send Tricare his notes....but all he wanted to hear was that it was Tricare's fault....and that I can go anywhere else for treatment that I want to go! What a true lack of compassion for patients! PLEASE...if you fall under Tricare! DO NOT GO HERE! Your paperwork won't be pushed through if you need a procedure....and you won't be truly cared for anyway!!! I hope this helps the next patient who is in severe pain looking for a podiatrist!! I love the staff and the doctor here. Ms. Jackie and Ms. Chris are awesome. I have been coming here for years and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Miller is always very knowledgable and open to listening to my thoughts. I never have visits where I feel unwelcome or unhelped. Love laughing with these ladies.

Staff is impolite and please and thank you does not exist in their vocabulary, Lack of concern and compassion are evident. NOT helpful at all and I would not recommend this office staff to ANYONE! Dr. listens but when he has made up his mind he is not open to further dialog. If I were not on an HMO I would hobble to another podiatrist. Hope his diagnosis and healing skills are reflected in his experience because his staff is atrocious. Never have I given a similar review. Very sad
