Major creep. I took my kid out of his practice. Very unprofessional and shared personal information. I pulled my kid out and put him into another good doctors care. My child detested this odd and strange man. Do not bring your child to this weirdo.

I went to Dr. Mcmurrer for nearly 10 years and had a positive experience up until this past year. One day I told him my GRE scores for graduate applications and he replies “I don’t mean to hurt your feelings but I don’t think you have the intellectual capacity to become a ______.” Uncalled for and so insulting. You are a psychiatrist and your job is to help people move forward, not back. I’m glad you didn’t say this to me when I was 15 and more vulnerable.

Perhaps the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a medical professional. Ironically, even though he is a psychiatrist, he is completely incapable of understanding the pain and frustration a parent feels when his or her child is suffering. He is inflexible, arrogant and the most callous medical practitioner I have ever seen. If there were more space here, I would provide the details. Avoid this practitioner at all costs.
