I have been going to Dr. May for over 35 years. He is the best and has kept me healthy. If you don't go to a doctor for three years, they take you off their patient list. His ideas to stay healthy have been so helpful, that I have had to go to him for a check-up just to stay on his list! Awesome Doctor--Awesome Person.

My review is not about Dr. May. He's been seeing my mother for decades and is a nice man, good doctor. My complaint is about one of his office staff, particularly Crystal. She is the absolute rudest and unprofessional employee there. Extremely condescending, and will hang up on you. I have worked in a professional environment for 30 years and I would be appalled if one of my employees acted this way. Do better!!! My review is not about Dr. May. I called Dr. May's office today at 8:39 this morning and left a message. I called again at 12:15 p.m. since they had not responded to my message. The person I spoke with said they don't usually check messages until the end of the day! Glad my Mom wasn't in an hurry. In fact, she said it could be 24 - 48 hours before a response. Terrible service. I changed doctors this year but my Mom is still a patient despite the less than helpful front desk staff. I called Dr. May's office today at 8:39 this morning and left a message. If the receptionist is any indication of services at this office it would be terrible. First encounter and impression-unwelcoming and no empathy toward elderly patient. Truly disappointed in my experience there

The receptionist, Crystal, is very rude and curt. The care received is not worth your time. Find a better, more reliable and accurate physician. Also they were supposed to have referred me to someone else but I never received the referral. I had to call them to get the referral information, and then they referred me to the wrong doctor. Who does that? It’s obvious that they do not take me nor my healthcare seriously.

Went to Dr May for years! Very Compassionate caring physician! I highly recommend this Physician..., THE BEST!

When I made this appointment, I told them exactly what I needed and when I finally got to see somebody named shields, I think that was her name, anyway it was not Dr. May and they could not even write my non-narcotic prescriptions. They were useless.
