Dr manning did my son's ear tubes (2x for older son + adeniod removal & 1x for my 2 year old). Recovery went well! He's very knowledgeable & nice to a mom like me who asks a million questions! Also, nurse practioner, Julie, helped clean out my son's ears today & she was super nice & compassionate!

Rude doctor, insisted that lump in neck area was nothing. Thank goodness i went to another doctor who has set me up with a neuroligist at Hershey Medical Center to have removed. Do not trust this doctor he is horrible...

I attempted to contact Dr. Manning multiple times on an urgent issue, and not only was his staff unhelpful and hung up on me, but they also absolutely refused to forward him my messages with a callback. I surely can't believe that this is how an office would act.

Dr. Manning has to be the Best ear nose and throat doctor ENT that I ever met he’s very kind and caring plus very knowledgeable if you’re looking for Ent he is the man to go see take my advice Note there is a ENT doctor called Srour on Broadway in Hanover PA stay away from him he ruined my nose for life

I love Dr. Manning he cares for you and for your family. GOD bless you. The staff in both area Gettysburg and Hanover are awesome.

Please choose another provider. I am a 20 year old nursing student who had concerns related to my ENT. He was in a rush through my apt. Throughout the entire interaction, he belittled any concern I had. For my ear ache and pain, which is abnormal, he stated that he didn’t know what was wrong with it and recommended no treatment. My PCP did a more thorough examination of my ENT because I also had concerns of a lesion in my nose and GERD. I now understand when patients say they do not feel heard or cared for. I wasted my time, gas, and money for him to just tell me to elevate the bed and avoid triggering foods, which is all I know. I have never experienced such an uncaring provider that made me cry after. He did not examine my throat concern for it burning. He stated, “and what would you like me to do about it.”

He is the greatest Ent I ever met

$200 for Nasal Endoscopy Procedure $165 for First Visit I was quoted $175 upto $300 over the phone. But was told after my 20 minute appointment was over, it was $365 total. I'm passing on my breakdown of the bill so all of you know. I'm convinced at this point that unless you have something a ENT can visually see with their own eyes. This was our initial appointment for a broken nose. Dr. Manning was very professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience and will be going back for a procedure. Highly recommended.

He was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I found him to be knowledgeable and concerned about my issues.

The worst experience ever for me at a medical provider. It was my first appointment and he made judgements based on zero knowledge, interrupted me, made degrading comments and made me feel foolish for daring to seek treatment for my symptoms of which I have been diagnosed and needing treatment for. I tried several times to find common ground but he would not allow this to happen. He advised me to just go to my PCP which I happily agreed to. He actually said to me, very sarcastically and in a mean tone- well can you breathe? So if you can breathe at all, do not bother to go to him. That is his major determining diagnostic factor, apparently.

Dr. Manning's knowledge and expertise are apparent and his manner receptive. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Maybe Dr. Manning is knowledgeable but his miserable attitude overshadows that. He has the absolute worst bedside manner in a doctor I’ve ever experienced to a point I was shaken up after I saw him for a bad ear infection. I couldn’t open my mouth when he asked me to so he held me by the throat (still checking the neck/lymph nodes maybe?) to get a good hold of my face and stuck his fingers into my mouth. He was dismissive of my health problems and just plain rude. I refuse to ever be seen by this doctor again.

Dr. Manning is the very best ENT. He's old school, stays up on the latest research and procedures and cares about his patients. He has performed multiple surgeries on me, as well as helped me deal with years of chronic infection. He's also cared for other members of my family. He caught an early cancer in my husband and saved his life. You will find no greater ENT in the area. If he can't help you he will set you up with who you need to see. He goes above and beyond, more than any other doctor. He has a wonderful office staff that are kind, courteous, and helpful. Has nice, clean offices with plenty of parking in Hanover and Gettysburg that are handicapped accessible. Dr. Manning is the very best ENT. Manning is out of date and extremely dismissive to patients. He interrupts and refuses to listen to the patient's experiences and symptoms. When trying to explain my symptoms his exact words were, "look, look, I'm not going to argue with you. It's your decision whether or not you want surgery. I don't know about all the hassle for a few sore throats".

New patient. Good explanation of existing problem and options/necessary treatments. Spent time with me answering questions. Results of sinus surgery were positive. Good job, good doctor. Knows his stuff.
