This gentleman saved my dads life. I am forever grateful! He and his staff are very friendly, kind, and caring people who actually listen to you!
Without going into my case, suffice to say it was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional.
Horrible wait times, awful customer service, rude and not friendly at all. Never again, and I strongly suggest anybody reading this stays away from this office.
Dr Malone and his staff/nurses are amazing! He removed part of my upper jaw bone due to a cancerous tumor and the whole process was as smooth and comforting as it could have been. During a rough life experience they couldn't have been any better!
Dr. Malone performed a surgery on me that I had put off for over a year, as I was apprehensive. Just had it done last week and have relief already! He has ben my treating doctor for years and I highly recommend him.
Address provided in appt reminder gave the incorrect address.....incorrect by 3 years. Correct address is 875 Poplar Church, suite 320.....they moved from 880 address 3 years ago. No one answers phone....and waited for over 10 minutes just to get checked in.

I had biopsy with Dr Malone today. He made the experience very pleasant (as pleasant as can be when needles are being stuck in your neck) he accommodated me for numbing medicine explained everything he was doing ect . I played my meditation music on my phone made for better environment. Everyone enjoyed it . Would highly recommend him!!
