Dr. Lynch has exceptional bedside manner. His professionalism is unmatched. Going in for a treatment like this; we all have a reason- and he understands that. He is friendly, kind, gentle, and thoughtful in every interaction with patients. His entire team is friendly and welcoming. They use a perfect balance of protecting their team from secondary trauma or over sharing with the genuine approach of caring for patients. It’s a safe place to seek help without the expectation of someone digging too deep in a way that harmful. They assess for the required things and then kindly guide you through the process towards healing through a SGB. I openly discuss my experience with others who can benefit from the treatment. Many receive them at a VA clinic, however I’ve found the differences in the approach taken by Dr. Lynch has proved my results to be greater than those who has received treatment elsewhere.

He was so kind, very informative, and took his time to make sure I was completely comfortable and all of my questions were answered. I was nervous going into the procedure but it was really painless and quick.

Dr. Lynch spent a great deal of time with me to figure out the best treatment plan for my specific needs. He helped my back pain with Prolotherapy shots, and made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be, (considering I was getting shots injected into my back). Dr Lynch was a true professional and care giver. All my questions were answered and any and all heads up were provided before, during and after the procedure. My nervousness was eased with his process. I didn't feel like there was a time hack like with most doctors you visit.

I saw Dr. Lynch and his staff for the first time in December, just before Christmas 2022. The visit was for a Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. This appointment was the most welcoming I have ever had with any physician. Dr. Lynch & I connected immediately--he listened attentively, told me what to expect and the possible long term procedures (and cost) once the diagnostic procedure was completed. He even said it is POSSIBLE that the diagnostic procedure will solve my problem. It is now six weeks later and it appears that my problem is solved and nothing further needs to be done. With that said, Dr. Lynch emailed me today to tell me the door is always open if my pain returns. Wow, what great follow-up. Hi, My name is Dave C. I was told about the S.G.B. from my therapist. After much thought and meeting with Dr. Lynch I was sold on this treatment. Dr. Lynch went over every detail about the procedure. He told me what I would feel before , during and after the procedure. I am only 1 week out and my numbers went from 76/80 to 27/80. This works and I am free now!!!!

I have been dealing with PTSD and have decidedly been on the losing side the last couple years. However, the clinical practice director at Pasadena Villa in McLean, VA recommended the Stellate Institute in Annapolis, MD. As I was losing hope, I was willing to try anything. I am so glad I did! I met with Dr. Lynch, and he explained how the stellate ganglion block “treats the injury of trauma.” He described the process in detail and answered all my questions. The block is not painful and only takes 15 minutes. Immediately afterwards, my sympathetic nervous system and “fight-or-flight” response were essentially turned off…for the first time in decades. It was an unbelievable feeling as my PTSD symptoms significantly diminished. The impact of the block did wear off in time. I have repeated this procedure and will likely need to do so in the future. Doc took his time to fully explain to my wife and me what we were going to do, why, and how. There are a few ways to do this procedure and doc uses an ultrasound to ensure he had a great understanding of my anatomy. The SGB has shown great results and is helping me deal with my PTSD.

Dr Lynch addressed all of my questions pre and post SGB procedure. I felt safe and comfortable during the procedures, and I got a reduction of 90% of my anxiety symptoms, to the point of reducing most of my medications to almost nothing. I will always be extremely grateful to Dr Lynch and the Stellate institute for their caring help.

Dr. Lynch was awesome. I have a background in sports medicine (athletic trainer) so we bonded before my procedure. I visited Dr. Lynch after years of struggling with post concussive syndrome. I had tried every trick in the book, so I was excited to learn about the research behind SGB. I am writing this review after my second shot, about 24 hours after the first. I am already experiencing positive results, and cannot wait to see "the new me" in the coming days. Dr. Lynch was fantastic! He dedicated extra time to scour over my surgical notes, exam summaries, and MRIs to figure out why I was still having pain and numbness in two separate locations. Great bedside manner and an effective treatment plan got me back on track and allowed me to get back to doing the things I love. Dr. Lynch is fantastic! He explained everything in detail to me and in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend coming to see him. If you have complex or childhood PTSD, I recommend SGBs on both sides and following up with a good trauma therapist.

Dr. Lynch was professional, informative and genuinely caring about my situation. I have suffered with hip pain for over 20 years. This was bursitis and tendon damage.There has been significant improvement over the period of five months. I was incredibly nervous to do the procedure, so many expectations and fears of everything being just a waste of time and energy. The provider eased me into everything by breaking down the research, the procedure, and realistic expectations for getting the SGB. I have never felt this comfortable with a provider or procedure before, and I was raised by a medical doctor.

I almost never leave reviews, but I truly feel that I must share my experience in hopes that it will help even just one person. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical at first of the SGB treatment as I had previously tried several medications for my anxiety and constant state of heightened alertness. As an active duty service member serving currently serving in a strategic position of trust, I was extremely hesitant to seek medical treatment for my condition and I tucked it away in my rucksack and carried on for years. Dr. Lynch assured my wife and I that I was normal and that the way that i felt was not my fault, but rather a natural anatomical response to things that I have experienced throughout my military career. Dr. Lynch makes you feel comfortable, heard, and informed. I have a lot of medical trauma and am scared of doctors, especially new ones. From the first visit I immediately felt at ease and I knew I would be taken care of. I underwent the Stellate Ganglion block procedure and the idea of it was terrifying. He told me exactly what he would be doing, and even assured me it would be underwhelming, and it was! The effects have truly changed my life and that's not something I say lightly. I suffer from PTSD and a post-Covid effect called Parosmia where everything I taste and smell smells like garbage. I was truly hopeless and desperate for some kind of relief after more than a year, I tried everything and read online that this procedure was providing some people relief. I was going to have to be tube fed and hospitalized, but now even if it is not perfect I can finally eat, it feels like magic. My PTSD symptoms have also improved, I feel like someone erased my whiteboard. One word, relief.

I was a bit apprehensive about getting the injection but I have to say that it was truly a piece of cake. It was done before I really even know that it had started. Very detailed plan of action described and Dr Lynch sort of flow charted my response. In other words he gave several options if first plan did not give favorable results. Being a veterinarian, I too practice like this and related very well. His follow up was great and personal. I would highly recommend any person with pain especially a sports athlete to be evaluated by Dr Lynch.

I was. Treated for adhesive capsulitis . I was in PT for over a year making slow steady progress. Dr Lynch performed hydrodialization on my shoulder. He is the most caring , knowledgeable professional. He walked me through every step giving me time to ask questions as he proceeded. He was patient and accurate. The procedure was successful .I gained more range of motion to further my progress with PT. I highly recommend Dr. Lynch for anyone his treatments.

My experience with Dr. Lynch was unbelievable. From start to finish. His office staff—shoutout to Ms. Kim especially— were very responsive and caring. Very comforting and the only doctor that I have ever had that seems to care about my pain. He expressed great compassion for the difficult times I am going through and truly cares about helping me.

I came in for shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for 5+ yrs. I had been through PT, which helped, but the pain and discomfort continued to a point that it disrupted my normal daily activities. I had been told by other Doctors that surgery was the next step. After hearing about ROSM, I decided to make an appointment just to see what they offered. Dr Lynch was straight forward and honest about all aspects of the procedure, good and bad. I had the PRP procedure done on my shoulder and it went just as Dr Lynch described. IT has been a great experience, if you are having any issues I would recommend that you give ROSM a call. This was a much better option that surgery.

After years of high impact activity and weight gain, my back became a consistent source of pain and a limiting factor for exercise and other activities. Dr. Lynch analyzed my history and scans and presented several options for non-surgical intervention. After considering the pros and cons of each option, I chose to pursue prolo-therapy. Dr. Lynch walked me through the entire process and was upfront about what to expect at each stage of treatment. After finishing the therapy, I can easily say that it was a success.
