Dr. Lucente and his staff were extremely welcoming and made the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed as smooth as possible. Their office was just recently renovated and has a comfortable waiting area, along with examination rooms that are clean and sterile. My procedure included removing all four of my wisdom teeth and took around 30-40 minutes with no wait. All in All, I would say my visit to this office was successful and I would highly recommend! Dr. Lucente and his staff are wonderful. He placed my all on four lower implant about 4 years ago. I was and have been very satisfied. So satisfied I had all on four upper implant placed three weeks ago. If you want the best smile this is the place to go. Dr. Lucente’s credentials is what brought me to his practice. I most certainly made an excellent choice.

Samantha the receptionist has the most condescending personality. The doctor was not friendly and made me feel stupid. After wisdom teeth removal from this doctor I’ve lost the feeling in my lower lip and right side of chin. Of course when you call they say wait it will go away, and it doesn’t. Samantha said oh you need to come in months later n said nothing can really be done for that except a poke test to see how numb you are. When I finally went to the office he brushed me off.

I have but one thing nice to say about this man, I appreciate he didn't try to rob me of my $$$, but I can't stress enough his arrogance left so much to be desired. I have been so upset sent I left his office not to mention I still have a tooth ache! No help to me what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Avoid this office at all cause!.

Very nice staff. The doctor is knowledgeable, great at what he does, but VERY unfriendly. I get the impression he is all about the money and couldn't care less about people.
