Dr. Lothian is patient, kind and very thorough. Our 3 year old has had many different respiratory issues and we have been so pleased with the care he has recieved Every concern has been addressed and our family has alot of confidence in Dr. Lothian I would highly recommend him. I feel fortunate we found him.

Dr. Lothian is an exceptional professional, scholarly Pulmonologist, and one very caring and tremendously comprehensive and complete doctor. His patience, true desire to help, and in-depth explanation of the issue at hand has truly impressed us. Bon Secours (St. Mary’s Hospital) in general does its best and succeeds to be an exceptionally quality care hospital, and Dr. Lothian is the genuine ambassador of this principle. Greater Richmond area is truly blessed and fortunate to have such a great Pulmonologist. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
