This office use to be great but seems to have grown bigger than they can manage. Always new CPNP's. Dr. Lee was great but can never get an appointment with him. It is very difficult to get appointments and good luck getting a nurse to respond to questions you might have. We had to call numerous times to get someone live on the phone. The women was demanding my 2 yr old daughter wear a mask. This has already been proven ineffective, so we were denied medical attention. The receptionist also continued to argue with me about all the issue were we having vs. listening to me and trying to help and get us to were we needed to be...healthy and happy.

As my daughter and her husband have entered a new phas of their life with the birth of their first child, our family is happy to have Dr. Lee managing the health care needs of their new baby. We feel comfortable with his advice and are already grateful for the care and concern of his excellent staff, including the nurse practictioner and the lactation specialist. As Gramma, I accompanied my daughter and grandson on their first visit with Dr. Lee.

Friendly staff greeted us to the clean, professional, yet kid friendly office. We felt completely confident and comfortable with the care and advice we received from Dr. Lee. I am happy to entrust our new little guy to Dr. Lee's care.

We followed Dr. James Lee to his new practice in New Market because he's the only doctor I felt really listened to our concerns. Dr. James Lee is very caring and takes his time with his patients.
